we bought this to replace a Samsung. the picture quality is just as good as the previous TV. the few issues are the sound quality and controls. the sound will go from soft to loud even when you change the volume yourself, 12 is great when we are watching when the kids are sleeping, but 15 is way too loud. and even when watching a show the volume seems all over the place, even when there isn't a lot going on. the controls are another issue, when selecting to switch from TV to Amazon prime or Netflix it will go to an air channel and then on to the selection you made, which is annoying as the channel goes to a channel we don't have and then you get the static picture and sound.

Great picture, easy to use and works with Xfinity Beta (no box!) which is why I chose this particular model. Lots of extras you would expect from a smart TV.

Love the beauty that comes from the colors from the TV. The Sound is perfect. With the sound from this TV you really don't need a surround system. Easy to setup as well.

I had just missed an LG 65 inch tv sale a couple of weeks earlier and started watching for another one to become available. After a couple of weeks a 60 inch became available and I bought it online and went to pick it up and I realized I really wanted one a little larger. I told the associate that I would think about it overnight and make a decision the following day. Later on that evening I decided to take one more look online and as luck would have it 1 LG 65 inch became available at a different location and I snatched it up! The staff were great at both locations and the TV is awesome!

This was a great TV for the pricing. It was just the correct size to fit the area I wanted to put it in. Easy set-up and so far no issues. Picture quality is extremely good.

Waited for this LG 60” TV to go on sale. While the picture and sound are great the webOS leaves a a lot to be desired. I’m replacing a 50” Toshiba Fire edition TV. The Fire TV OS is much more intuitive and easy to use. The Fire TV has blue tooth for wireless connection to an external speaker while this TV does not. While using the YouTube TV app on this TV it frequently disconnects. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it did not fix the problem. I have been able to work around these flaws by connecting an Apple TV and Roku. While I really wanted to love this TV I’m disappointed an inferior TV brand like Toshiba out features and performs it.

I’m happy with the picture. I not sure about the sound because I’m using a soundbar. But if you are looking for a good 60” TV and OLED just still seems too expensive, then this to me seems like a solid pick. I’m not sold on how they have the feet mount to stand the TV. That’s my only moderate negative.

It’s a smart TV good size, good price , excellent service from the Geek Squad in hanging it on the wall for me.

We got this when our other one died and im glad it did. The picture is so clear and the color is so bright and bold. Way better than the other!

Very pleased with this LG so far. Very comparable to my 55” Samsung in terms of clarity and refresh rate. Love the ease of set-up and SmartTV technology.

Great picture! It was easy to set up. Had a little bit of trouble hanging wall, but I think that was more user error. Would recommend LG to anyone

Looks and sounds great. Easy to assemble and mount on wall. Lots of apps and easy to add additional apps.

This TV has a great picture and a lot of features. The picture is vibrant and realistic. The colors are vivid and make you enjoy the viewing experience.

Bought the 65in. AI for the living room, got this LG 60in for my bedroom and I can say it was a great buy. The picture is great not to mention the price.

My old 60 inch tv died so Best Buy is the answer. Found a good price on this 60 inch LG 4k tv. In stock and ready in less than 1 hour for pick-up. All went well and I have a great picture!! It's all good
