Absolutely love my New LG TV I searched a long time to make sure I got all the features I wanted, and I did good if I say so myself. This TV has the best overall Quality I've seen on any of the 4K UHD's. The WI-Fi Streams smoothly, and the apps available for use on the TV are unreal. LG has hit the jackpot with this product, Set up was done with a small WII like remote and takes less than 10 minutes. I'm way more than satisfied!!!

Display is great; but has DSE. Dirty screen effect. Also has an area on the right side of screen that appears like a smudge. LEDs are not displaying uniform light level. Vertical grey DSE across the image. DSE is more apparent when seeing grey, green, or sky backgrounds. This is annoying to the point that I should have brought it back for a replacement. I like LG and this TV model, but it seems this model I have has a flaw that cannot possibly be the same with other duplicate LG models; or I may be wrong.

LG has made an easy to navigate, set up, and use television with a wonderful HD display. Lightweight enough but yet packed with all of the functions a person could want and utilize in a television.

The entire experience was first rate. The salesman explained everything I needed to know on my first visit and we narrowed the choices to 3. My wife and I came in the next day and made the selection and purchase. The installation time was scheduled and the installation was timely, detailed and professional.

An outstanding screen, especially once I figured out how to set the screen picture profile, and disable the self-dimming 'feature'. Best I've seen!

I had my eyes all set on a Samsung 65" LED TV when I happened to chance on this LG 4K TV. It was an open-box item that was just missing a stand and with a weekend special discount on open-box items, it priced lower than the Samsung that I was tracking. I went to the store and the in-store display/demo just blew me off. I decided to get this TV (the missing stand did not bother me, since I was planning on wall-mounting it). I've had the TV for over a month and I'm impressed. The 4k display is awesome (though content is hard to get). I got the ultra HD package on Netflix and was able to see that the TV had no problems streaming 4k shows. House of Cards in 4K was stunning. The LG remote is great - voice recognition is spot on (even with my not-so-great accent). The smart TV interface is very simple and easy to use. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this TV at this price-level.

We haven't had any problems with this new TV. The Geek Squad set it up for us, and it's worked great ever since. We have not seen any of the problems that others have reported - it's been perfect.
