Needing new TV for Family area and wanted to get a 4kHD. We have purchased Vizio, Samsung and LG TV's and pretty happy with all. After research from several sites it came down to Samsung and LG. Decided on this LG model after a couple of visits and more research. Very happy with vibrant picture quality. very easy to set up..good price for the quality. Wanted one that would upgrade for awhile with newer technology on the horizon. Have not noticed any sound problems so have not purchased a sound bar. Would reccomend this as a great purchase!

It has a crisp clear picture, it is easy to navigate around the various inputs. Remote is stylish and fits well in the hand.

We did not walk in to BB to purchase a TV but rather to look at phones. When we saw the picture we just stopped in aw. Then we found out that BB would price match and we were sold. When you watch the TV you feel like you are right there. The refresh rate is incredible. I can almost count the blades of grass on a baseball field. Great product!

My husband wanted a 4K television and I was nervous because I knew it'd be expensive. I did my homework and found this one for a great price. The picture is amazing and the size is large, but not too large. I love the software design and it is very user friendly. I notice the difference from our last 1080 television; you can see every flaw on a face. I am very happy with this item.

This TV is such a great addition to our household! We love the ease of use, the screen size, and the clarity of the picture. Set-up was a breeze. When watching the TV - it is almost too clear!! We would buy this again!

I bought this TV several weeks ago and it was installed by Geek Squad several days ago and I must say that I love my new television. The quality of the picture is incredible, everything I could've asked for. The Smart TV capabilities are incredible as I do use Netflix and the 4K definition can really be seen on the Netflix show. Highly recommend!

Great picture Great color and it functions very easy

This TV had all the bells and whistles I needed for the space I had in my home. I had been leaning toward 4K and I also wanted the refresh rate this one offered. The remote control was simple to use (I had the in store demo before purchasing).

We ended up purchasing this tv due to our 70 in needed a new board that geek squad could not get in so they refunded our money. Was hesitant to go smaller since we were used to the 70in. The picture quality has more then made up for the size difference. Everything is extreemly vibrant and crisp. Had problems with the remote at first it would turn on and off but nothing else. This was an open box and the only of this tv in stock. After reading the manual i tried to sync the tv and remote and it now worked. The remote works like a wireless air mouse for all onscreen settings and apps. Couldnt be happier with this purchase.

This is a really good TV that looks amazing in both 1080p and 4K. The frame rate can keep up with hockey and football games. I would definitely buy an LG TV again!

Did everything it said it could do and more. I wanted a T V specifically for sports and this one delivers I watch all sports, the blur was a big deal in selecting a Tv. As I watch Foorball, Baseball every fast paced sport that would challenge the Tv.

TV seems to be working fine. Nice size for our room Color is great. Would recommend it to others.

I purchased this television partly because of the good reviews. I have to agree that the tv is high quality. The sound as others have stated does not seem as loud as my older tvs but it only is a problem when the show adjusts the volume during certain scenes. The picture quality is amazing and the size is perfect for our medium/large living room. The minimal frame is nice as well. Overall the product fits all of our needs.

Bought it on sale so it was reasonably good value. Screen is not matt so suffered a bit from reflection. Magic remote is great - best remote without needing a keyboard. Voice command also works OK. Screen is fine but has not had chance to view much 4K material due to material availability.

We love our big flat screen! About 15 years ago we bought a big screen T.V. Remember the kind with the huge back side? I wear glasses and my eyes could not focus on the screen very well because of the pixels. Not with this one! I have no problems at all. The picture is crystal clear! Thanks to Best Buy for setting it all up for us.

Walked into Best Buy for a microwave and walked out with this TV! I've never seen a picture like this on a television! 4K is incredible.

This TV is the best thing ever! The clarity is amazing! The ease of use of the remote control is perfect for those of us that may be technically challenged.

My new LG has a great pic & easy to use for price.
