I purchased the TV almost a month ago and so far everything is good. Decent picture. I added a soundbar just to enhance the sound.

The picture isn't as good as I had hoped but it is a value TV without high dynamic range. Still a great set especially for the money.

I'm glad I purchased this tv, was debating between getting the Vizio but I'm glad I didn't

Great tv for price. Ordered at store for home delivery. Excellent packaging and service.

The TV looks great, crisp picture, good value for what should be a quality LG product. However the TV we received had a faulty panel where there was backlight bleeding through at the bottom of the screen. We contacted Geek Squad, a tech was onsite in a few days, confirmed the problem, and ordered a replacement to be swapped out. A week later, the replacement is delivered and has the same panel issue with backlight bleeding through. Not sure if there was a bad batch of panels recently manufactured and we just happened to get two in a row, but this is not what I expect from LG. We'll try again with another replacement because besides this minor defect it's a great looking TV, but my confidence in LG quality certainly has taken a hit with this experience.

This TV is great. Excellent picture, Smart TV functions work well.

This is a wonderful tv it has clear picture and great sound. Some apps run a little slow to start up or it would receive 5 stars.

I recently decided to upgrade my 5 year old Sharp 60" tv. The sale price from BB seemed too good to pass up on this LG ($800). I checked the reviews and felt it would be a good value. I purchased the 4k HDMI cords so that I would get the best picture possible. Got it home, hooked it up, and tried to calibrate it based off suggestions I found online. This TV just wouldn't produce a good enough picture for me. I tried to stream 4k content from Amazon and still wasn't as good of a picture as you would expect from a 4k tv. The picture on my 5 year old Sharp 1080p was better than this one. I brought it back and upgraded to a Samsung 8000 series 65" tv. It may have been double the price but with 24 month financing it was too hard to pass up. The Samsung has a WAY better picture and functionality. The old saying "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true for this TV. If you care about picture quality, stay away from this TV.
