Everytime I set personal settings (which I got off an Internet tech site) the smart remote/internet connection is lost and the TV has to be reset to day 1. I stopped putting 'the perfect settings on it' but for $5000 I should be able to change factory settings without an issue. Many people with same complaints and the LG tech line was useless..

Really good tv I could not believe the picture it was amazing

This is the first major purchase at Best Buy in several years it went very well and I am please with the results I will continue to trade at Best Buy in the future I am 81 years old am have shopped Best Buy for many years and will continue to do so

Best overall TV with crisp and vibrant colors. Deepest black I have ever seen in a TV including plasma. This TV is still in the break-in period but I have a feeling that this is going to be one of my best purchases in a long time!

I love my knew tv it's a little pricey though. The sonos sounds system is quite impressive as well. Very crisp and the subwoofer is powerful. I would surely recommend to a friend and have done so. My experience with best buy has been good.

Everything is great, including the os. Remote control with voice command works flawlessly and picture quality is second to none.

This TV looks even better in my home. The store model did not do it justice. It would get a 5 star rating if it had better input lag for gaming. Still very happy with my purchase.

At the moment, you cannot trump 4K oled for. Flat panel display and for the time being, LG is the only game in town (pending a Panasonic release possibly later this year which would be twice as expensive and be curved)

I couldn't be more pleased with this 65" LG OLED. The best image I've seen, with great clarity and the blackest blacks.

The television that was replaced by this television was the best of its time which was 9 year ago. So the difference between the two was just about night and day. And that's saying a lot because the old tv was still pretty good actually. You should also be willing to purchase a high Def DVD player to enjoy the best that this set has to offer. I would recommend this television.

The set-up was a bit lengthy and not so straight-forward. Wanted to know the name of the set-top (cable box) manufacturer, for example, and it was not listed in the set-up menu. It eventually assigned the name to Motorola, which didn’t seem to be correct. This did not cause any apparent problem. The mouse used for set-up was innovative, and not the easiest to control at first with the remote. All worth it in the end, however, for the image.

Wow. This tv is great amazing picture and the 3D movies on it look great.. Really enjoying

We love our new TV. Clear picture! The 3D picture makes you feel like you are in the scene!

Best money I have ever spent, the only very tinny issue is the remote and inability to program my RF remote for all the cool functions. I have found a way to work around it.
