I have never seen a better TV in my life. I have 3 friends with Panasonic plasmas, 2 of which were the "TV of the year" when they were released. The depth of colors on the OLED is unrivaled. HDR content, which is few and far between, looks amazing. Even old movies like Star Wars Episode 5 looks better than I thought it was capable of looking. The thinness is unparalleled (until you see what LG is coming out with in 2016- for a higher price point). It truly is a piece of art work on the wall. I often just let the screen saver play on my Apple TV and marvel at it. It isnt perfect- dark greys and blacks can look blocky on poor content (the tv really does expose poor quality content), and some people report banding and vignetting. It also doesnt support HDR Dolby Vision as the 2016 LG TV's will, but there is barely any 4k content currently much less 4k HDR DV content. I fully recommend this tv to anyone who has the means.

When I first saw this tv at Best Buy I was rather impressed with the picture. After I purchased this tv for my home and had it installed I was really blown away with the picture and all of the features this piece of equipment had. It is one of my best purchases made.

Was upset that I had to replace my pioneer elite plasma which has served me well. Once I had this tv up and running, I didn't look back. The colors are so vibrant and clear. I was able to put a 65 inch tv in the same footprint of the 50 inch plasma which was a plus.

One word describes this TV, Beautiful! Picture is second to none and the near edgeless display is second to none. If you don't mind this price this is the TV for you.

Researched TVs for several days and went in to buy the LG OLED 50" version. In-store, my wife and I compared the 65" vs 50" models and decided to bite the bullet and go for the 65 incher. We are very glad we did, despite the high cost, as It is a truly amazing TV with incredible picture quality. We watch movies almost every evening, and our investment in a quality home theater system has certainly paid-off for us.

Initially, I purchased an LG HD 4K 65" TV. A week later my wife said we should have bought the OLED 65". So we did an exchange. Best move we ever made on a TV. The blacks are incredible. Faces are clearer and sharper. No wasted pixels. We love it!

This TV is awesome. It has a very smooth interface. The picture Quality is mind blowing. Sound Quality is MEH, I recommend external speakers. I've had the TV for a few years now and feel spoiled every time I use it.

I love the picture on this TV as long as the sun's not shining in the window! When I first ordered the TV I got the curved model and was not impressed with it. This one on the other hand is great except is more susceptible to glare!

We hadn't been expecting to purchase such a nice tv, but once we watched this tv we knew it was the right one to purchase. We have really enjoyed it! Very small frame around the viewing area, perfect picture, and great functionality.

This tv is hands down the most amazing tv I have ever watched. 3D is flawless and 4K tv is clearer than if you were there in person. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering trying the oled display tv. Worth every penny!

I had researched several curved screens but found the "immersive" sales pitch to be gimmicky and I couldn't get past the potential distortion issue at wide angles. After waiting for most of this year, LG finally introduced this OLED 4K flat screen TV and I purchased it as soon as it was available. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Never had an LG tv. Always had a Samsung. But im sure glad I bought this LG. It looks awesome and I haven't even calibrated it yet. I am a gamer and no complaints here. Perfect edition to any household.

Around Christmas I decided to upgrade my Panasonic Plasma TV to a 65 inch, 4K TV. The first one developed a bad case of lightbleed, and I returned it after a few weeks, and upgraded to the LG65EF9500 Oled flat screen TV. It was mounted on a wall in my den. I connected it to a 4K Direct TV receiver. I love the picture, no lightbleed! The absolute blacks and incredible contrast make the pictures pop. I am running the sound through.a Yamaha 4300 Soundbar via a digital cable. Saving for a 4K DVD player. No buyers remorse. Best Buy was wonderful to work with, in allowing me to exchange and upgrade the TV during the trial period. They also matched the HHGregg price reduction, saving me some more money.

I have to give it to BestBuy Palmdale, CA, TV sales crew...very helpful and accommodating. They let me connect my Netflix to various 4k models I was considering to really compare TV sets v the canned images each TV was set. In my opinion this is a great TV and you can save your money over the 2016 model. The picture is so great, in all formats: cable, streaming (1080 and 4K), blu ray, 3-D, 4k DVD. I really cant see future technology making it much better. I bought and returned two LCD tv's hoping the image might be close to the OLED. They didnt stand up. I considered the 2016 OLED because of reported improved brightness, HDR, and Web OS 3.0. However, I have found the 2015 to be plenty bright and the picture so great, I really cant see it being much better despite advances. I tried an LCD with 3.0, and it just wasn't that much better. The two biggest improvements are zoom and side by side image. The zoom was fun but mostly magnified blurred images. The side by side images was fun but not that functional. The HDR feature I tried on a 2016 LG LCD seemed ineffective I read about burn in and edge blurring on the 2015 model, which I haven't seen. I did buy an extended warranty as insurance should this occur. Hope this review helps....good luck with your purchase.

The TV we chose is amazing! The color, sharpness and internet functions are remarkable. Even more remarkable was the service call by the Geek Squad who came to set it up win our home. Great job!

Amazing picture. The contrast is perfect for films and darker games like Gears of War. The color is not saturated and balance to have a natural look. Folks that like exaggerated colors may prefer Sony’s option. The clarity is spectacular and can be adjusted to precision. The OS is by far the most user friendly thanks to the Magic remote. This television is the Michael Jackson of visual entertainment technology, all the others are just a bunch of Justin Bieber’s.

This TV was an easy set up after a few minutes it was up and working great. No problems with internet set up and all is great so far ,I got for Christmas and enjoy this TV very much....

This TV is everything I expected. I bought if just for the dark blacks, and it does not disappoint! I put a black curtain on the wall behind the TV and it's amazing how the TV entirely disappears in a dark room. The excellent user interface and remote control were unexpected, and a pleasant surprise. I had held off because of the price, and only jumped when Best Buy (and LG) dropped the price by $1K, and although expensive, I am happy with the price I paid. Especially considering the extras thrown in by Best Buy (free wall mount, 43 inch 4K LG TV, and over $500 in Best Buy credit). I highly recommend this TV if you can swing it financially!

With over 40 years of TV purchases, this is the best picture I have seen yet! Easy setup and integration with my home audio and Wi-Fi.

This tv is great and you can use your Dishnet work remote with the TV not just the smart remote. The color is great, will have the geek squad come and fine tune in about 2 weeks
