    What started out as a great 4k tv for the price unfortunately a software update came and the OS became unresponsive even to the best wifi band. very unfortunate since LG makes great tv's.

    Difficult to use settings, no manual, have to use on line info which gives different answers. Had another company clout to help set up

    Television lacks sufficient RAM to be able to buffer a sufficient 30 second high dynamic range 4k video stream. Support was worse than bad, nigh on self sabotage. Holy mother of guacamole... I will never purchase an LG product again in my entire life

    Apps afe slow to start, remote and coice commands are slow to respond. Im definitely selling this kaka soon.

    Wasn't exactly what 8bwas expecting! Mother board is already out! Store was willing to take it back after the fact!

    Has a very harsh backlight bleed. I work away from home and was unable to return it by the time I came home. Very sad. Do not buy.

    I bought this tv because my samsung 4k tv left some things to be desired. I enjoy the screen quality. I also enjoy the magic remote and the great color spectrum. Also love that it has 4 hdmi ports as i have quite a few devices that i keep plugged in. Game mode is also great because it helps keep my games running smoothly

    Works well. Saleman did alot of explaining of TV models, helping me make a decision and Geek crew did a very good job and was very helpful in replacing the old TV and adding a sound bar.

    Taylor once again was very helpful in providing his knowledge to ensure we got a TV to fit our needs . Cole and his co worker - so sorry I can’t remember his name , are always so efficient . They arrive on time and are a pleasure to have in our home. They make sure we are comfortable with the technology before they leave . This is the third TV they have installed for us and we couldn’t be happier with their customer service.
