The salesman was excellent—he sold me on this LG model but he knew all the info on all the other models and brands, including all about the sound systems. The TV is great with excellent picture and sound. The delivery went extremely well, the 2 gentlemen placed the TV and sound system in the spot made it very easy for us to place it on our stand.

I love this TV. The picture quality is so good. It’s so clear and vibrant. I also paired it with my hue lights that I didn’t have to buy the sync box for. I highly recommend this TV to anybody who wants a great quality TV at a reasonable price.

Never had a LG 65 inch TV only had it a few days but so far I love it will continue to see how good it is watching a movie with the great colors and lighting watching a movie. I feel I won’t be disappointed. Also had the best sales person at the Best Buy on Stephonie his name was John I believe and had great customer service skills!

I purchased this tv for my living area and SO FAR, I absolutely love it! Each time someone comes over, they compliment the tv. I’ve gotta admit that the scroll area on the remote control was kind of annoying, but I guess that was because I was new to it. However, now? Love it! Love it! Love love love

Pictures quality good but sound quality is not good

We updated our 10-year-old TV to this one. It's much bigger with a clearer picture. It actually makes our living room look smaller. It could use a sound bar for better sound quality.

Excellent picture quality TV, works ok with regular streaming plans but the best and clearest images are you hen you have premium plans with 4k streaming.

Great tv for the price point. Clear and crisp picture. I bought another one for my living room. NOTE: I would not recommend the “vivid” picture options on this LG. It tends to overcompensate colors. The standard setting is perfect for the AI features.

Love my new LG 65 in tv. Brilliant colors easy to maneuver great picture. Went from a 40 in to 65 in love the difference. It loads right up when you turn it on compared to the vizio i had it would set there and buffer forever then would have to turn it off to start over. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TV. TREY in the Joplin Mo store very helpful.

This TV has performed very well so far. • Pros: The LG WebOS is incredibly fluid, providing a seamless user experience. The remote control is a major plus—I love the mouse pointer and how the integrated microphone drastically speeds up searches. The included Alexa features have also worked flawlessly in my limited use. • A Minor Note: The AI features are functional but could certainly be improved for better performance.
