Disappointing Experience with My LG TV

I had high expectations when purchasing this LG TV, but unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. From the moment I set it up, I noticed several issues that make it frustrating to use. The software is another major drawback. The interface is slow, apps often freeze or crash, and the navigation is far from user-friendly. Even basic functions like switching inputs or adjusting settings feel unnecessarily complicated.
