Excellent TV In Its Price Range

I purchased this TV to replace a several year old, entry level 55" Vizio TV. The difference between the two is night and day. The brightness and color vibrancy of this TV look great in my brightly lit living room, even with a large window directly across from it. The LG interface has taken some time to adjust to, but I use an Apple TV 4K for most streaming services. I use it with a sound bar and surround speakers, but I did try the built-in speakers at first. They are a nice-to-have, but don't really compare to a 5.1 speaker set up. The TV itself is thin and suitability weighty for its size - it is lightweight, but doesn't feel like it's going to fall over with a small bump. The legs provide ample support. Overall, it is a great TV at it's price point. It might not compete with high end OLED's but it is well under half the price.

Very easy to set up. Great screen quality. The user interface is a bit clunky. Not as streamlined as our Roku interface.

    Impressive Picture & Performance

I recently upgraded my living room setup with the LG 65" Class 82A Series QNED AI 4K UHD Smart TV, and overall, I’m quite pleased. The size is perfect for immersive viewing, and the picture quality is vibrant and sharp—especially impressive for streaming and sports. The WebOS interface is fast and responsive, making navigation smooth and enjoyable. However, the embedded AI features occasionally fail to respond, which can be frustrating when trying to use voice commands. Compared to my LG G1, the remote control on this model feels less intuitive and takes some getting used to. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely a step down in user-friendliness. Despite these minor issues, the TV delivers excellent value with its performance and display quality. If LG improves the AI reliability and remote design, this would be a near-perfect smart TV for any living room.

    1. Excellent color and contrast. 2. Several different features; for some, how the user is able to fully access and utilize isn't readily understandable, and in these instances there is little written instruction.

Tv is amazing love the color quality, definition and the contrast on this tv. Some network issues when it comes to screen mirroring off my iphone, other than that it’s a very good option if you want better than average but don’t want to spend too much.

Great tv for the price point. Clear and crisp picture. I bought another one for my living room. NOTE: I would not recommend the “vivid” picture options on this LG. It tends to overcompensate colors. The standard setting is perfect for the AI features.

I gotta say, I'm OBSESSED with my LG TV! The picture quality is insane - colors are so vibrant and the 4K resolution is on point. Watching movies feels like being at the cinema! The smart features are super intuitive, and the sound quality is a solid 10/10. I've had it for a few months now, and I'm still discovering new awesome features. If you're in the market for a new TV, look no further!

We really love the view and sound, but the Home Screen is very busy!! A lot of apps. A lot of ads. A lot of suggestions. The remote has a wand setting, which I’m sure I can turn off, but if your pointing the remote to the tv and using the buttons, the wand will appear and go every which way except where you are trying to select. It takes some time to get used to it.

Great for the price. Picture, ease of use, navigating the apps are really good. Sound could be improved. Not great in an open space. Hard to find the right mode.

I recently purchased the LG QNED 65" TV, and the quality is absolutely stunning! The picture is incredibly sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the brightness levels make everything pop—especially in 4K content. It’s definitely a better version of my previous Sony Bravia. The contrast and overall clarity truly elevate the viewing experience. Highly impressed!

The picture quality is incredible, with vibrant colors and sharp detail, thanks to the QNED technology. The 4K UHD resolution truly brings movies and shows to life. The AI-enhanced sound delivers immersive audio, and WebOS makes navigating apps and streaming services super easy. It’s sleek, modern, and the perfect addition to any living room. A top-tier TV at an amazing value – highly recommend!

TV is fine like any other TV. But the remote is the worst. No numbers , and when you use the channel finder it absolutely sucks on local channels. Color and Screen are fine. Sound is definitely different from the show model. Will def not buy LG again.

Hi, MannyGee. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (65QNED82AUA) model. We understand the importance of having a remote that feels intuitive and supports the way you like to navigate channels. For the remote navigation, one helpful step you can try is enabling the Number Pad option on the Magic Remote. Press and hold the 0 button for a few seconds—this brings up an on‑screen number pad that allows direct channel entry, which can make browsing local channels smoother. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-use-the-magic-remote-for-tv--20154980582654. To improve sound compared to the store model, set the Sound Mode to Cinema, Clear Voice, or AI Sound Pro to optimize audio for your room and content, resulting in a fuller and more balanced sound profile. We’d be glad to take a closer look at your experience. Please send us an email at [email protected]. We're here for you! ^Juvy LG

Better picture quality than my old Sony Bravia (used for 1.5 years before it corrupted) and it came at a great price too. Thinner than the sony bravia. I give it 9 on 10

Slow, glitchy, cumbersome, adware, bloatware, shareware, trialware, NAGWARE, complicated, non-intuitive, error messages, poor navigation/menus, difficult remote. Picture unimpressive. Runs like a beta version that needs a ton of polishing. The worst electronic device with a screen I’ve ever used (I’m 41). Returned it after 1 day, and bought a different brand. Disappointing to say the least. You’d think it would be free with all the endless ads. Reminds me of an early 2000’s PC that were overloaded w/ junk. Might be a long time, if ever, that I consider another LG device.

Hi, Seth. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (65QNED82AUA) model. We value your feedback and understand the need for smooth performance and easy navigation. A helpful step to improve responsiveness is clearing the cache and resetting the Home Dashboard by going to Settings > All Settings > General > System > Additional Settings > Clear Cache. This removes temporary files that may slow down the system. Also, ensure the TV’s firmware is updated to the latest version for better performance. Great TV! Amazing picture, the AI search and move tool is taking some getting used to but it is very cool. My whole purchasing experience was wonderful from on the store floor help from Cedric to the delivery guys. My neighbor came over and helped me unbox and set up and it took all of 15 minutes.
