I was undecided on which TV to choose but was guided in the right direction with the sales agent. I'm very happy with the purchase. The smart features are excellent and it's easy to navigate through the controls. Picture quality is vibrant, clear, and crisp. A sound bar would be a nice addition however it's not needed because the sound is great.

Went there without a plan or idea and got educated on what to expect. Ended up purchasing this over the $1600 one with the anti glare. Honestly it’s very close and so far we love it. Great quality and no issues.

Everything about this TV is great. Has a really quality picture. Our TV was older and the picture on the new one is unbelievable!

Getting use to the remote and the way it handles apps and inputs takes awhile. But it is fine once you get the hang of it. Picture is superb.

LG 65" Tv works great, replaced old tv that required a firestick and now have access to multiple apps and excellent picture.

if your tired of blooming shadows, well that's first and foremost best improvement over my 8500 model. the mini led allows details that really define facial expressions and add depth to background detail. the sound pro is excellent. sound bar optional, the sound is just that good*

So far this television is working well. I had no problem with the streaming apps. I feel it was a good purchase.

This replaced a five year old LG that was starting to fail. Hopefully this set will last as long. So far, very pleased with the set.

Great tv for its price. Clear picture and sound. Doesn't matter if your gaming or just watching a movie. Settings for the picture quality/type easy to navigate

this is my 4th LG . I absolutely love the picture quality my oldest LG is 5 years old and i just purchased another one for the bedroom. I keep telling everyone they have the best picture out there.

The picture is great, colors are great. Settings are easy to navigate. It also has a great option to show pictures from your phone through the app while it us "powered off". My only compliant and it's a small one it plays a sound when the tv turns on and off.

Upgraded from a budget 55 in to this 65 in and I don't regret it. The picture is beautiful and it works well with a 7 year old 4K LG Blu-ray player. 4K movies look amazing on this thing. I like the vivid setting for regular TV.

This is an awesome tv with an excellent picture and great sound.

I was looking for a while to upgrade my old TV, and I was waiting for an opportunity which I found online at Best Buy on Black Friday! The image and sound are amazing in 3D and it makes me wondering why I’ve waited for so long (well price too) to buy a new one, but I’m very satisfied and no regrets so far!

I like that all the apps are displayed on the main screen. For some reason we are having difficulty sometimes switching over to our live tv (cable) channels.

Love this tv, it’s great. Great picture quality, sound. The remote has a small delay where we push the button and it takes a second to move but we use another one anyway

The tv is great. It’s just getting acquainted with the “magic wand” type of remote takes some time. I also recommend a sound bar for any tv

The screen is better than Samsung's. I've had Samsung TVs for a long time, but now it's LG's turn, and they're doing it better. The audio isn't great, so buy a soundbar and you're all set. I recommend using Apple TV and disconnecting the TV from Wi-Fi.

Great picture, crisp and clean. However, if sound quality is a high priority, then this tv is greatly lacks this quality.
