I upgraded to 65". I saw this terrific buy for $699 in the BB store early January. I use it with a sound bar and I love the fact it tells you when that is activated and now only 1 remote for everything. Easy to load apps and easier to find them. Clarity is very good, I have to say not quite as crystal clear as I saw in the store but it's very good and for the price, a great buy.

The picture is great, colors are great. Settings are easy to navigate. It also has a great option to show pictures from your phone through the app while it us "powered off". My only compliant and it's a small one it plays a sound when the tv turns on and off.

I was looking for a while to upgrade my old TV, and I was waiting for an opportunity which I found online at Best Buy on Black Friday! The image and sound are amazing in 3D and it makes me wondering why I’ve waited for so long (well price too) to buy a new one, but I’m very satisfied and no regrets so far!

Upgraded from a budget 55 in to this 65 in and I don't regret it. The picture is beautiful and it works well with a 7 year old 4K LG Blu-ray player. 4K movies look amazing on this thing. I like the vivid setting for regular TV.

This is my second QNED tv and I love this updated model better than my year old unit. Picture and sound quality are great and the new magic remote more intuitive and sleek than the prior version. AI interface is so useful and has really improved the viewing quality and experience.

The picture is amazing! It’s so clear crisp and bright. Easy to set up and the sound is great.

TV has been excellent since my purchase a few months ago. After going through settings and getting just right, no lagging or glitches when turning on tv or opening up different apps.

Easy set up was appreciated. I find the point and select feature challenging. Am hoping I'll get used to it.

I had a LG O LED for 6 years, 65 in , which work fine for 4 years, after that it got a bad burn in. I purchased this TV due to the fact it had Mini Led which gives better Blacks and no burn. this TV has AI which is cool to help you set up. still doesn't macth the O LED. I found the best Picture is to set the TV to Vivid and power saver off,

We NEEDED an upgrade and this TV is fabulous! The picture and the colors are so good. I made two visits to the store and both store team members were great. They gave me all the information I needed to make the best choice for our home. I was very specific in what we wanted and this TV hit all the points.

Visuals are good but sound could be better. The remote is finicky but not too hard to control.
