Instructions on use of remote control not done. No tech manual . Can use Verizon remote to watch my favorite programs but all other smart features are inoperable????

Unacceptably slow. Much like using an overloaded phone slow. I was able to deal with the performance until the wi-fi suddenly stopped working which I was able to resolve with a factory reset. Four days later while watching tv, the screen began to flicker then stopped displaying a picture but still played the audio. I then attempted to turn off and turn on the set but it kept making a clicking noise and blinking a red LED three times. Finally, I unplugged it and called LG support the next day: what a joke. One, there’s an assumption you’re just going to take what they tell you and two, they seem to think it’s acceptable to wait a month to get something fixed that broke in 26 days. So, I checked the return policy and returned it. The real treat here was the calling out of a Geek Squad member to verify I wasn’t lying and watching them manhandle an $1,800 television.

But the staff at the Schaumburg, IL location made it a horrible experience. Tv came without a remote so when I went back to tell them they gave me some random remote off the floor and said it would work but surprise it doesnt. The remote is not compatible with the tv and wont pair to it. I have tried calling and email 5-6 times and have gotten no response. Like I said sweet product, sour staff.....

Time taken from work. No show. No call. TV "wasn't available,." Really? Rescheduled for the 28th. We'll see how the actual follow through goes. Not impressed so far.

Not a good track record it quit after only 2 yrs

Crappy remote pairing

Superb OLED

This year with the pandamic and staying at home we decided to jump in and get the LG BX 65 inch TV. First thing is the design of this TV- WOW. I have to say LG has the best-looking TV’s in the market. This was going to be our primary TV and so we decided to have it setup in our living room. We had a nice stand and since the LG BX model is remarkably thin it perfectly stood on to of it. Setting up the TV was a breeze. You simply follow the onscreen instructions and within minutes you are up and running. Our family has fallen in love with the LG remote- very simple to use and the best part is that the remote is capable to tracking your hand when you move it around (it’s like an air mouse). I give this TV 10/10 on it’s amazing picture quality. Watching Game of Thrones on this TV is mind-blowing. I could see every little details (even in the famous pitch black episode). You can watch this TV from any angle- no more squished together to get the best angle as every angle delivers the best picture image. The sound coming out of the TV is decent but having a soundbar takes it to another level. We had an LG soundbar and connecting that via HDMI ARC was very simple as well. I have to say that this has been the best decision we have made- LG really delivers with this model.

It has a great design and has an easy setup right out of the box. The colors and deep blacks are great and the viewing angles and motion and refresh rate are awesome as well!! I now have the ideal viewing experience now and it’s great!

What a great television!

You can see every single detail it is awesome! No matter what you watch it all looks great! I love the design and how thin it is and the remote is easy to use too!! I love the smart capabilities it has and it is very easy to navigate and do whatever you need. I am completely satisfied with this television.

Simply a Great TV

I've had this TV since 12/1/2020 and it's been everything I've wanted. The color is stunning and the 120fps refresh rate is a great feature. It's easy to use and worth the extra investment. n.b. You'll need two people to remove it from the box and put it where you'd like.
