The picture quality of this TV is excellent once you calibrate it. And calibration I easy without the need for a tech person to come to your home and do it for you. The remote is irritating because the buttons don’t light up so it’s difficult to use in low light. Great TV for a great price!

We are enjoying your new tv. No issues the picture on the tv is wonderful. It is great to have streaming apps already on the tv. It has taken us a little while to figure out how to use the remote but the young generation should have no issues with that. I would recommend this TV to others.

Fantastic TV. I have several other Samsung TV's (q60t, q70) with great pictures but they just do not match the black levels and contrast that this unit provides. On top of that the UI is much faster than the competitors which is much appreciated. Some people complain about the mouse cursor but if you hit the directional keys it goes away. It is kind of a non issue. The only setting I had to change was noise reduction. During certain shows (primarily Falcon & the Winter Soldier) there would be slightest offset in color on peoples faces. I thought the TV was defective initially but after some googling I found it was noise reduction. I have not noticed any issue with turning down this setting. LG makes a 48" OLED that I am now planning on using in my home office. I'm not really sure where else the TV market can go beyond this, the picture is THAT good.

Clear sharp picture! Been looking at this television for awhile and came across a great deal so took the jump. Easy to navigate and really impressed with the picture. Only downside is LG does not allow the Discovery + and HBO Max to be downloaded.

I was skeptical that OLED could delivery as good or better picture than the older Panasonic plasmas, but the LG BX exceeded all expectations. It has an amazing picture right out of the box and all the future proof settings you could want in a 4K TV. If you're coming from a plasma TV, fret not about what you get with an OLED.

Amazing. Picture quality is just as great as the CX, amazing UI and control. Easy to setup and the quick to access side menu is great to not get lost in the menus when you wish to change settings. 2 HDMI 2.1 ports so it’s definitely a great tv for the PS5.

This TV is top of the line quality, easy to set up. The picture quality is phenomenal. The sound is good. No need for a sound bar at this time, although with more time of watching movies and sporting events a sound bar may be purchased.

This TV is amazing but you can't expect anything less for the price. It is expensive but you can immediately tell what you paid for. The picture options vary enough to set your own preferences. Out of the box you can honestly set it on HDR and be fine.

Watching it as I write this, (Supernatural, Netflix) works incredibly well, the colors are rich the contrast between the darkness and the light. I even had a blast watching the twilight zone (off of VUDU) and lots of animated stuff off of Netflix as well. Oh play with the settings to get the best out off your tv, also there’s a feature in the settings that you can use that refreshes the pixels to prevent burn in and another one that prevents burn in named screen shift it prevents logos and HUD (for games) from burning in, shifts the screen at regular intervals I can’t tell with my eyes that it shakes it must be incredibly subtle.

I bought this shortly after receiving my PS5 (11/2020) Picture: Games, Films, TV, whatever you use it for, this TV has an absolutely beautiful picture, especially when in HDR! Just remember to take care of the tv. Remember that this is an OLED screen, so burn in is a potential issue. Audio: I currently have it plugged into a small 5.1 setup via a s/pdif. However, I have used the built in speakers before then and the built in speakers sound really good if you plan on using them! Gaming Things: VRR I haven't had experience with yet, still waiting on Sony to add that feature into the PS5. Response rate is fantastic. Overall: LG has done a fantastic job with the CX model. I can confidentally recommend it.

We are extremely happy with our new TV. The picture is crystal clear; everything on the screen looks like you could reach out and touch it in person. Even old movies and TV shows are picture perfect. The remote is easy to use; and this size TV, 65 inch, is perfect for our living room. A larger TV would have been too big. This is our first smart TV and I am looking forward to learning how to make the best use of this feature. We are in our seventies, and we love everything about this TV. The delivery men set up the TV remote, and made it possible for us to use our Xfinity remote as well. We have a Fire stick on our TV, a Netflix subscription, and Prime TV. My husband is spoiled! Watching movies and sports is a priority for him; so he is a happy camper!

Amazing picture with this unit. True black with the OLED technology makes movie watching so much better. Lots of options with the SmartTV feature. Extremely thin so be extra careful moving it especially in your vehicle.

Great Picture, Spotty UI, Some Missing Features

Picture Quality is absolutely stunning for content that supports HDR and 4K. If you like to watch older TV shows like Friends, you will notice much more graininess and the poor quality of the TV show will really show through (not technically the TVs fault). Some people really dislike that since that's all they watch, I don't mind since the 4K stuff moving forward looks amazing. The TV UI is not the most responsive which is annoying for an almost $2k TV. Also, the speech recognition is pretty poor by comparison to some other devices. Built in speakers are pretty great for a TV like this, but the audio levels can be really off and hearing vocals clearly and midrange sounds together sometimes is difficult. Music though can sound fantastic from the built in speakers, solid bass with the right audio settings. Missing critical apps like HBO MAX

I purchased the 65" Class BX Series OLED 4K TV. I was a little concerned with the thin screen. By thin I mean like a laptop thin and have read many reviews about bending because of this new feature. However when I unboxed it to have it hung it was a very attractive unit and streamlined apps with a cursor/mouse access with magic remote was pretty easy to use and quicker than the usual over-up- down process on my last smart tv. the picture is amazing and there was no complications in hanging it from the wall. we have had it for 4 months so far so good and no bending of my screen took place in the process. i hope over time it doesn't have the issues of screen color distortion which was one other thing i was considering with the reviews.

Picture quality is amazing. Very skinny TV. I am happy I purchased an OLED over LED. Only thing with the LG brand is that there is no HBO Max App. We have a 4K Firestick so we can watch that.

This TV is amazing. I love everything about it. The picture is stunning. The sound is nice and full with tons of options for different sound modes. The remote seamlessly works with other devices and programs without having to set it up, and the "magic" cursor makes typing things in menus easy. NOTE: the mounting bracket is located on the bottom of the TV so take that into account if you plan to use on an existing TV mount. One downside is that HBOmax has yet to release their program for LGTVs so you have to still use an external device if you want to access HBOmax, but otherwise it has every other streaming platform built into the smart tv OS. Highly recommend this for the overall value. LG invented the OLED tech and it shows.

Great picture quality and size. Glad we got the 65” instead of the 55”. Very immersive feeling- like being in the game or on the set of the show. Easy to set up and get started. Highly recommend.
