LG could have provided a guide or a link in their home page for best results. - would have liked to be able to toggle between TV sound and audio receiver. overall a highly satisfactory product. Only time will tell if it is durable.

I also am glad that I purchased the less expensive BX model than the CX model, as the quality of the picture is amazing and the sound is crystal clear even when paired with my sound bar. Set up was easy-peasy for this technical challenged geriatrician! Quality+Cost=Great Value!

May be my age, not TV

After installation, I had to ask my son to help me with problems in operating the TV. He sat down for about 30 minutes while he "played" with the remote. Finally, we had most of my ignorance corrected. I am still having problems with correlating the functions of my Charter remote, LG TV remote, and my additional speakers. I think that I will probably have to get the Geek Squad to help me. One day, the TV did go black. When turned on later, it functioned correctly and has not repeated this problem. I think that maybe I should have purchased a TV matching my IQ.

O LED tv

The delivery was changed and I didn’t get it on the 24 th of December as promised. I bought it on the 16 th and it didn’t arrive until January 5 th. My only complaint was the delivery service. All of the best By employees were most helpful. The Oled tv is beautiful!!! And the agent ( Kevin) was just great! All in all , even with the delivery mess up, I have to give 5 stars review.

Just Do it It

The difference is minimal and, too be honest, not perceptible to my eyes. I have 3 different LG OLED televisions around the house of mid to high models and they all look the same to me: excellent. I use this primarily for my Xbox Series X and it has been flawless in terms of 4k at 120fps.

Not only is the picture amazing but you will be blown away with how crisp everything looks. Sports to movies everything looks awesome. Also we love the Picture/Art work screen saver. Each picture and different frame looks just like real art work. Several occasions our guest's have asked about the TV b/c it looks phenomenal and went out to buy the same model.
