I've owned the 2016 version of this set for years, with a little bit of burn in and the advancements in brightness, I figured an upgrade was a good idea. The new version is hands down a big improvement from the 2016 model, I really wanted the CX, but it was sold out and the sale was ending that day. Either way, huge improvement over what was already a great set.

Easy set up. The smartOS has plenty of options for all your tv watching desires. The OLED has a great picture, I have read where the screen can be dark, I haven't experienced that - but I am not a gamer, nor an avid watcher of TV. I think my only "complaint" is that I feel the sound could be a bit better. Nothing that would stop me from buying this TV all over again.

OLED is like the plasmas TV of yesteryear but better, LCD's might get brighter but the image, does not compare to what OLED can do. Great TV

Such a beautiful screen it really bring out the colors i play constantly on my ps5 4k at 60fps is amazing on this 65inch and it can go up to 120fps. Best tv I've owned and i play long sessions and sometimes leave the Ps5 running for a while with same picture and haven’t had any image burn. Great TV highly recommend!

Beautiful picture. Easy to handle. Well packed. Fairly easy to set up, but there is definitely a learning curve on menus and best settings. We started with Consumer Reports' suggested parameters. Sound is actually preferable to my tuner system due to clarity. The Magic Remote is tricky.

This TV is absolutely phenomenal. The UI is very easy to use for the TV apps and the picture quality is amazing. I use it to watch TV, play games, and even occasionally as a monitor for my Raspberry Pi. It has worked perfectly for everything. Couldn't be happier with it.

After comparing between the LG, Vizio, and Samsung....this was our choice based on the recommendation of the salesman. We are very happy with the purchase and the picture quality is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend spending the extra money...after all, you do get what you pay for.

amazing TV great picture quality. the Geek Squad member came to install the TV mount and was great at suggesting which TV mount was better suited since the one we had did not work in regard to where the outlet was. amazing job and great customer service.

It’s a really nice tv, but it’s not worth the price. The black levels are great but I didn’t realize how dim the tv would be. It’s overall brightness isn’t great. I was really upset too that just days after the window I could return this tv the CX went on sale and was the same price as this. But overall it’s an awesome TV for gaming. The 120hz on my ps5 is amazing

Great picture quality, its real hard to beat oled picture at the moment, one thing is this doesn't get as bright even within the oled standards. If you can get the CX at a decent price i say go for it, it will be worth it on the long run with the slightly better picture quality as a result of the newer processor, this also has just 2 HDMI 2.1 ports while the CX got 4.

Love this Tv. The blacks are so amazing. It was the main reason I opted for OLED instead of QLED. I was so happy when I rewatched the last 2 episodes of GoT. I could actually see the battle this time.
