This product has surpassed my expectations so far. Very easy to navigate through all of the apps and features. We do not use a cable provider and only use Netflix, Prime, and Hulu and all work great. Only con I have is the flimsy base that won’t be an issue in the future because I plan to mount it on the wall.

The OS is nice and quick. A lot of settings to play with for image, sound, and apps. I don't know another tv at this price for 120fps. Don't forget to Google how to disable the bright vertical patches on black screen. It's under the image settings. If you don't notice it, then you're probably fine.

Bought this one sale for $899 and so far it is worth every penny. Compared to others in the price range this TV seemed like the best value and so far hasn't disappointed. Great built in apps, great picture, and surprisingly great audio for a tv.

Very happy with this TV so far. I had owned another LG TV before which was a more entry level model a few years ago and was happy with that so I bought this one for the family room and it was easy to mount, the picture looks great and it was easy to setup. The only criticism is that the google assistant doesn't work great in terms of finding stored shows but that is not a big deal etc.

We’ve only had the TV a month, but so far it has been great. A very nice picture, good sound, nice capabilities. The husband didn’t have much of an issue getting our sound system hooked up, Dish TV hooked up, etc. Remains to be seen how long it will last but hopefully it will be with us for years to come.

Initially I liked the stand on this one when I purchased, but it is not very conducive if you plan on having a sound bar in front of it. I may eventually install on wall. I really like the thinness of it. I am not a huge tv expert so as far as refresh times, hertz, UHD, etc. go I cannot say I would recognize the difference from some that may not be "as good" or "better".

I wanted the model above due to the differences in local dimming. I did lower and at times find I needed to turn off local dimming due to the white lines that would appear. It really annoyed me so much I almost returned the set for the next model up. The famly however took little notice of it. I would still recomend it against comperable sets in a similar price point.

This TV has everything that is needed to immerse the viewer in the picture! The remote is very easy friendly and the features are amazing. I has all the latest features along with a great sound system and a sleek look. It enough HDMI's to accommodate all your equipment. LG is the best!

Very happy with picture on TV, crystal clear. The color is amazing.

After looking at every possible model for 2 months with a max $1000 budget- chose this Television. Had best of all worlds - processor- web os with YouTube TV which was a must and had mouse pointer for menus - the rest you know 4K yada yada— side by side and for the price - a very good pick. One tip- disable energy saving mode and TV is bright again!!!

SOUND IS MIDBLOWING ON THIS TV USUALLY TVS SUCK THIS THIS AT SOUND BUT WOW NO NEED TO BUTY A SOUND SYETEM. BUT YOULL WANT ONE TO GO WITH YOUR GIAGANTIC SCREEN YOU WILL BE EMERSED IN THE CLARITY LG IS THE BOSS IN TV NOWDAYS!

Tv is great, 4K content looks great on it as well. Mounted on my wall perfectly. Don’t use the smart features so I have no comments on that since LG doesn’t support many apps I use, so I just use my amazon fire cube for the smart features.

We are pleased with the picture and overall build quality; we’re also looking to upgrade another TV at our house and it won’t be any other brand. LG ROCKS!! BESTBUY is amazing for the customer service as well. I recommend this TV to those who loves well built products!!

After several online reviews watched about this TV, I saw ot was on sale and had to have it. So glad i made the choice to purchase as the darks are very dark and the setup was a breeze, especially with the smart remote. Nothing negative I've found with using this TV.

Awesome tv for the price, great picture and sound. I studied up on tvs before buying this one because I wanted the best bang for the buck. I looked at more exspesive tvs but didn't notice much of a difference. Normally I buy Samsung but I loved the picture on this one

We bought 2 of these TVs for our secondary conference room. The problem is there is no way to separate the remotes. So if you get out of sync, it is a humorous problem trying to get back in sync during a meeting. Other than that the TV performs fine for our needs. Picture is nice and crisp when bringing up our plans and designs.

Great TV overall. No issues of being dark as we had turned off energy saving mode on day one. Picture is clear and crisp. It takes few seconds after starting to connect to wifi. The wifi connectivity was lost which was restored after factory reset. Did not expect that since we had TV for just a month. No big issue though.

Second Samsung TV I have purchased in my lifetime and this one is even better than previous. Great sound, good picture from all angles and does not show reflections from light in adjourning room. Would purchase again. Best Buy price matched Fry's and everywhere else I looked.
