At first I was going to get a Vizio P Series but the sales person talked me into this LG. The 55" was on the wall and there was a 75" on the display floor. The picture was understandably darker than the $2400 OLED next to it but what was displayed still looked good. Well, watched a couple of movies with it and the side lighting is in blocks that really make for a strange picture in a dark scene with the room lights off. One move that was particularly difficult to watch was Harry Potter. We couldn't see anything. Bright scenes are fine and motion (sports/action scenes) seems to be fine. It's just that my 4 year old 50" Vizio 4k has a better picture and is way brighter for dark scenes. I plan to return this TV and get a different one.
