super tv, hook up service not so much

Called for service and now have to wait another week to correct something that should have been done at delivery time. Very disappointed in customer service on correcting an error made by their techs.

I must say I was very surprised at the minimal guide provided for the remote. It's 2019, technology has expanded and can be difficult to navigate, a user guide being included to understanding the remote and the t.v. settings would have been a novel idea...

Excellent for 1080p gaming

It handles up to 120fps easily at 1080p and some 4k titles as well. Overall it is a beautiful TV but the blacks are a bit off and runs dark so some movies and shows look a bit washed out. They are better than standard LEDs and LCDs though, but this is not perfect black territory.
