The picture makes even older shows look soo much better. Its web connectivity makes it sooo smooth on switching sources between devices and streaming services.. about as smooth as just changing a channel

Purchased from and installed by Best Buy. Cost approx. $1300. LG brand highly rated by Consumer Reports. Worth every penny. Great picture and color. I'm not an audio expert but have no complaints with the sound.

I bought this TV for 1200.00 a little over a month ago and have had time to use it and really write an honest review. While the TV is good, it is not ANY better than my 65” LG 4K tv that I bought a year ago for 699.00. I paid almost double for this TV- for the Super UHD and I was highly let down because when the two TVs sit side by side- they are exactly the same. I would not make this purchase again. In fact, I wish I could return it because I feel like I wasted money. Again, this review on the TV is simply so bad because I am comparing it to a cheaper version of an LG TV. The TV does have a great picture and the sound is good. I enjoy the LG magic remote... but all this is true about my 600.00 TV as well.

The TV has good color, depth and sharpness which creates a realistic picture. This television has theater-quality audio. It has good picture quality for playing video games and good game response.

TV has a very good picture and is very easy to work with the remote. Not complicated at all. The Geek Squad set it up so can't really comment on that. They did do a very good job however.

We recently purchased TV for our living room and absolve it. Vibrant colors and excellent clarity for the price. Easy setup and had no difficulties with connecting it to our home WiFi.

The picture quality is great; the apps available to download are a good variety. The only real issue I have with the tv is that I have a samsung surround sound system and the tv does not really accept it. It says it does but the system keeps changing to different outputs on itself. Didn’t do that before with previous smart TV. Also, the tv did not recognize my u-verse cable box so I have to run cable through surround sound and can’t run directly into tv. My friend has the same tv but his surround sound is LG and he doesn’t have the same issues.

Worth every single penny! The picture is absolutely amazing! True 4K, real HDR10, local dimming, anti glare, Dolby digital, true 120hz refresh rate, and even the magic remote is cool.

I haven't bought a new tv in 10 years. Set up was very fast, great picture quality, and I love the magic remote. I do wish LG had more apps like espn but I just continue to use my roku.

The picture quality is amazing. & the microphone in the remote control is one of my favorite features! It’s also pretty neat that we can pair it with our google home too!

Overall the image quality is fantastic, but I find myself adjusting the brightness, color and contrast all the time. Golf is a completely different setting from evening comedies. It takes effort to balance to just about every show

upgraded from my 43" 4k tv to this 65" LG SK8000 and Im very much satisfied, the image quality is good, TV Features are Great and also the magic remotes is so fantastic, over all this TV is great, I Love It..

The colors and sound are great. It is a nice size for the room we placed it in. Like that the fact it is a smart tv allowing us to easily go to add on services.

This is a good tv and has good quality. The tv isnt too bright in the daylight, but the sun is also shining in the room.

I , purchased this set looking for a while at 6300 series and thought it was a good tv compared to other brands and fit my budget . Then happened to make umpteenth visit to Best Buy, and saw the 8000 series on a big sale down to $899 which, at that price and upgrade features was all I needed to make the purchase .I have had this tv since Nov. 10th and very happy with the purchase. It has played 4k and HD channels very good on my Directv service. Also, have 4k blu ray player and it plays and displays well. Yes there are some short comings in dark scenes especially on 4k movies but, in general after tweaking I don't regret this buy. I think for the masses it is a good tv at a very good price.

I actually bought two of these and have zero complaints with either. One was purchased for my mom and grandma replacing an older 50” television. Both have commented how the larger size and better picture has made watching TV more enjoyable. The only thing they have struggled with is the roller in the remote, which I too have had a hard time getting used to. The one purchased for my family has been a welcome addition and has primarily been used for gaming and Netflix. We have had zero issues with connecting and staying connected to WiFi and streaming movies.

Got this TV to replace my broken one. Really like it. LOVE the bigger screen. Love having a smart TV. I didn’t realize though that a lot of new Apps aren’t available on LG as it’s not compatible- wasn’t happy about that piece. I thought you would be able to just download like your phones but nope. I don’t like how most newer TVs have the speakers at the back our bottom facing. I prefer a tv that has speakers going forward. I feel like they make you have tot buy a soundbar.

Beautiful pictures, love the remote and wifi based apps included, like Netflix, Amazon, etc. The kids love this thing for games and movies too

I have had this TV for about a month and it has been amazing. Great picture and sound quality and the use of apps is so easy and efficient.
