This is a really nice TV and is filled with many features. Being able to access various sites like Amazon Prime and Netflix straight form the remote is nice. There are almost too many options on the TV as I am still learning about a month later what all is possible. The picture is clear but you'll need to go online to figure out how to take the Soap Opera effect off. The speakers are much better than most other TV's I have seen and you can easily use it without a sound system however we almost always have our sound system on as well for effect.

Great Tv, Great price very happy with it. The only thing is that some apps are not available but the rest is great.

I can’t tear myself away from this TV. The picture is beautiful and the sound is very good. There are many possible settings so you can set the picture to your taste. I went online to find LG recommended settings, which I think is a good starting point. Still learning. So far, this TV has been a fabulous treat to myself. I just hope it lasts a long time, as some people have reported having problems. I recommend mounting it on the wall.

My wife finally got me to loosen up my wallet and convinced me to finally join the rest of the world and upgrade my old LCD TVs to 4K UHD. I am completely blown away! I would never have imagined that the picture, no matter the input source, would be amazing. I was watching "Fury" in 4K, and I felt like I was part of the crew. I cannot say that this is the best TV for everyone, but the price was right, and I would recommend this TV,

Great picture, love being able to access apps to watch movies and youtube, great price. No complaints!

After 20 days of using this incredible TV I am still surprised of its great image quality and the many functions it includes .. its design is impeccable and it looks great in my living room ... even though it has a nice set of speakers that give very good sound, the ideal complement to a real cinema experience is a good quality audio system ... a good option is a yamaha amplifier and a set of definitive technology speakers

After 11 years of my LG 50" plasma HDTV giving me what I thought was a great picture, it was time for an upgrade. Did a lot of research on 65" TV's and almost bought a Sony XBR 850F even though it was $100 more than the LG I wanted. Reviews led me to stay with LG and I couldn't be happier. Colors are rich, blacks are deep and 4K content is incredible. Wanted OLED but out of my price range. Maybe in another 11 years I'll be able to.

Haven’t had this TV very long but so far so good. Has a very good picture and the color is awesome.

I am not an early adopter of TVs by any means but I decided to finally replace my lg 42 led 1080p television. The technology in this TV is easy to use, the picture is great even in brighter rooms. The picture doesn’t blur and I haven’t had any problems with it besides having to call support to reset and update the firmware. After that no problems whatsoever ever. Support was great and this tv is higher quality.

So pleased with this TV. Great picture and clarity. Very easy to install on our wall mount.

The TV has a great picture with outstanding features. Lots of technology and very easy to set up.

The TV is pretty great, easy to install and the picture quality is great. The downside is the WebOS, it's pretty awful and has terrible apps, it can't support amazon music, and does not have things like HBO or NFL Sunday Ticket. Those are some big names that LG is lacking and quite honestly, make me regret not getting the Samsung which has a smart interface. But, the quality and feathers of the TV are pretty good other than that. I do love the Wii like remote and voice activation, it also syncs with the LG Soundbar well.

And the point and click remote is fantastic. Needs more app support and the stand is tricky, but overall LG knocked out a great TV.

After doing research on the 65' LG SK8000, I decided to purchase at my local Best Buy store. I have been very pleased with the TV thus far. The picture quality is excellent and I am very pleased with the internal Dolby sound system. I may have someone from the geek squad come out and fine tune the picture, just to get the highest quality contrasts, especially with black backgrounds. Again, overall I am very pleased with the TV.

Great TV. It comes with the magic remote which allows pointing capabilities with the remote as a cursor. Great picture quality and audio quality. I would recommend the Geek Squad protection. I’ve had to call them out because of an issue with a line down the middle of the screen in this model LG TV and it could not be repaired. It came in handy to have the protection which allowed me to upgrade to a different model later.

I purchased this TV, not for the brand name, but for the fact the new home I bought, the previous owners had an LG hanging on the fire place. My Samsung would not hang correctly over the mantel. The picture on this TV is great, but why can't TV manufacturers fix the issues with Wi-Fi on their TV's? I don't have an Ethernet drop where the power is plugged in, so running a cable is not the ideal solution for where the TV is mounted. Overall the picture and sound are very good on this TV and I would recommend it.

Great viewing size, good color and great clarity. Recommended.
