Went to store today to see how I can adjust contrast, temperature, etc of screen. Technician said to change picture from livid to sports, etc but cannot adjust from there. Do I need the 4K ultra cable that I returned today, since technician who did install, did not use it? Unless I can adjust color, tint, temperature , I would not recommend it to friend, but if I can, definitely
