Bought this tv for extra bedroom and so far it’s fantastic is got a great picture great colors an sharpness and a surprisingly good sound without the sound bar attached I definitely recommend this tv for the price it’s at thank you again Best Buy

Overall, very happy with the TV. It was easy to mount, well protected and has a great picture for the price. The Best Buy team members wheeled it out and loaded it easily into my SUV and I was able to carry this into the house with a teenager. It's really light weight but just huge to carry alone.

The quality of picture and sound is good at this price range. A good value.

If you have low expectations you may really enjoy this television. However the flaws at this pricepoint are pretty bad. The remote is not user friendly at all. Pressing buttons comes with significant lag. This includes changing inputs or adjustjng the volume. The apps and menu navigation is extremely laggy as well. The tv disconnects from the wifi quit often. The fix consists of unplugging the tv for about 60 seconds to power cycle and then turn back on and reconnect. This happens at least a couple of times per week. Finally my assessment of the picture quality is that its only mid. Not great, not bad, just somewhere in the middle. The problem with this is that there are lower priced tvs with much much better picture quality and faster response times using the system. I purchased this tv and a cheaper samsung tv on the exact same day. The lg went in my living room while the samsung went to my bedroom. After nearly 1 year of use I am confident in saying the samsung tv is vastly superior. It out performs this LG in every single way. In addition to that, it was cheaper. I will not be buying another LG tv probably ever.

I am very pleased with the picture quality of this tv. The operating system for the smart tv features is a little slow to respond at times, and seems to update quite often. We will likely end up using a different streaming device. I can’t comment on sound quality as we use the Audio Return Channel HDMI through a receiver. This feature functions really well though. Overall, for the price, we are happy with this purchase.
