I had high hopes for this TV after upgrading. But everyday it gets worse. The tv is wobbly on the stand and constantly makes settling noises. It disconnects or won’t connect to WiFi and you have to spend 5 minutes resetting it before you can watch anything every single day. The interface is bad and won’t let you easily go between apps or go back to the app you had on. I’ve had the tv 3 weeks and problems already this bad. Never buying LG again. Using my PS4 to watch tv

Having an issue where the internet will just randomly disconnect and I have to reset this thing and then put in my wifi password again. Why is this happening? Such an annoying experience. And lets not forget that I do have to setup the wifi everytime I turn it back on.

I've been a big fan of LG TV for years now. This 65 in TV is super light compared to other TV. Its a UHD TV with lots of bang for the buck.
Upon unboxing the TV, the setup was super easy to navigate the menu. It asked a few questions and connect to your WiFi and boom, you are ready to enjoy an amazing TV. LG has been in the TV business for years now and they keep improving it every year. Even though this TV doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other high end models but it delivers where it needed. It has a option to watch IP TV for free thru LG which is a plus for us since we don't have cable. It has a few channels we really enjoyed. Overall we really enjoy watching Disney+ and Netflix on this TV. My daughter loves watching Frozen 2 and Trolls 2 on the TV. I've watch the Avengers Infinity war and End Game again on the TV to see the vibrant colors. The settings on the TV I preferred the most is the Vivid color. I like bright colors and this settings provide the most enjoyment when watching. Especially when you watch Trolls with all the various color on the screen, it makes a huge difference.
The sound quality on the TV is above par. We have the TV in the small family room so the acoustic in that room sounds great. We don't really turn the TV up full blast, but the sound is clear. I prefer to connect my blue tooth headphones to TV when i'm watching a movie or playing games. Connecting my BOSE headphones was a piece of cake. The thickness of the TV is a little larger than most UHD TV. My Samsung QLED is about half the thickness of this TV. But even with the extra thickness, the TV doesn't seem to weigh that much more than my Samsung. I was able to carry it myself and set it up without and issue. This TV has been my go to TV watching the last week or so, since its in the family room where I hang out more than the living room. Love LG and this TV doesn't disappoint us at all.
Thanks LG!

It had lines the day we bought it (April 2020) and last week I decided to change the table in my living room (I barely touched the TV) and then the TV started to look like if I had hammered it.

This 65 inch uhd 4K smart tv by Lg is absolutely wonderful. It starts up quickly and setting it up was a breeze. The tv has 3 hdmi ports and 2 usb inputs. And also has a built in WiFi feature which is wonderful. You get 180 free LG channels. Plus the Lg store on the tv has so many more options for channels you can choose from. I love that I don’t have to have a bunch of different remotes because it offers Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and so many more popular streaming services on the tv and eliminates needing other devices. If you preferred you can also control the tv by using your phone or Siri just by downloading the lg app. It is also google home and Alexa compatible. The picture quality is beautiful, sharp and vibrant. Whether if we are playing games or watching movies. The picture stays bright and clear. The screen is large enough that everyone can see it clearly without any problems at all. It has amazing audio quality which is always loud and clear. We are absolutely in love with this tv. It’s one of the best we have ever had. It features everything we wanted on a tv plus more.

I was looking at a lot more expensive TVs but this one popped up at an incredible price. I read the reviews and bought it. It was delivered right on time, and the two men who delivered brought it right into my living room and explained just to cut the top and sides of the box, and it would just fall away (this eliminates having to "lift" it out of the box). It was a piece of cake to put together; had it all set up in about an hour or less (just fyi -- 2 "old" ladies in their 60s did this!). Love, love, love this TV. I honestly do not know how much better a picture I could get. I bought an adapter for my iPhone 7Plus and can connect my phone to the TV (there are several ways to do this, but this is the most reliable that I found), and it has a browser! Wow -- still can't believe I found this for the price.

I purchased this TV to replace our VIZIO 70" 4K UHD TV that broke down. I am extremely happy with the picture, color, internet accessibility (buttons for Netflix and Amazon right on the remote) and ease of set up and everyday use. This TV is the perfect size for our great room and our first LG. It will not be the last. We also got a great sale price at Best buy for under $500! This TV was $12000 less than the VIZIO it replaced and it performs just as well if not better in every aspect. In my opinion for this price, this is the best 4K UHD TV you can buy!

I finally took the plunge and bought my first large smart tv. I’ve always liked How Samsung screens looked but the price at the time of purchase was a no brainer for a very similar Tv. I do not use cable for this tv as I think that is irrelevant to most of us these days so I stream everything on this tv.
screen quality - I have decent day light hitting the screen and it will still show the picture quite well. I enjoy movies and it is amazing how well you can see the details. I watched the Space X Dragon launch and I felt as if I were with them! Movies and Netflix Shows are crisp and audio is pretty good. Although I did try hooking up my Vizio sound bar to it but had no luck (My sound bar is old and I think it’s no good). If you’re really into your movies and shows then I’d recommend the LG sound bar(any should be good but I may get a Bose system with a subwoofer), if you’re just into YouTube then the tv speakers are just fine.
I have hooked up my gaming consoles to this and WOW so good. I feel like I live in a cartoon world with some of the games.
As far of ease of use, it was tricky at first to figure out where everything was and how to navigate through the menus but after 10 minutes I was comfortable. I also like watching bayou tube videos through my iPad or phone so just pressing the connect on the top right of my iPad it was easy to connect to the tv.
The set up (standing it up on a media table) was fairly easy. Actually my 100 pound girlfriend lifted this massive tv three foot high after attaching the legs herself! So just like the commercials, even a caveman can do it. Plug and play.
This tv is older than the newest model but if you aren’t a quality snob then you will not notice a difference in the ages your wallet will thank you.

I knew I shouldn't have opened the BestBuy email, but I did, anyway. I saw 65" tv's and got intrigued by the prices. I went to browse and decided to get a Hisense, which I ordered online. Went with my wife the next day to pick it up, and she didn't like the picture. Well, by comparison, we like LG products a lot, so, is never a bad choice, so we walked out with the set. Back home, we have a 40" set for the bedroom, and a 50" set for the living room, but we are now in a rental here on business, and treated ourselves to this. Almost overwhelming at first, but...
4K UHD makes a difference, and we are LOVING IT! It almost makes watching commercials enjoyable. With a sound bar, it has a rich, wonderful sound. At $49, we bought a Roku with headphones for the bedroom set and like it so much, I just went and bought another one for this set. (I'm a Flyers fan, so I can stream it on the big set now. Yeah, I know, I'm in Penguins territory, but just don't tell anyone, ok?) We're still new to "streaming," but the amount of entertainment available is fantastic. I also appreciate BestBuy, who has become my "go to" store. The price on this set went down, and they gave us back the difference. Great product selection, friendly staff, and price matching. It makes shopping too inviting. But, hey, we're happy!

The picture is great and I love LG. One thing that stuck out to my was that it was set for Accessibility by default and I had to turn that off because we aren't differently abled. I really like that if somebody had that problem they wouldn't have to figure out how to turn accessibility on. It speaks to thoughtful UX and design. The picture is good and they have different modes for different types of shows. I've found it can really depend what you're watching what mode you want to be in. Overall it's a really good budget TV if you're not wanting to be stuck with just Roku features and you don't want to spend more than about $500.
One thing I don't like is that this doesn't have HBO on it so I have to hook up a Roku to my TV to stream that. The stand felt super wobbly to me too, but I always intended to wall mount it so that doesn't matter to me.
More apps in their store would make this TV better. It also does not have Bluetooth capability but does have Apple AirPlay, which is where you cast your computer screen onto the TV. This feature is super cool and I'm glad it has that. It was between AirPlay and Bluetooth for me and I'm glad I went with AirPlay. It helps with school being at home to make things bigger sometimes. I even put my budget on the TV like a nerd. :)

I actually really love this TV. When I was looking to buy TVs for upstairs media room, I was in between buying a Sony and the LG because I want to Google assistant capability. I originally was going to go to Stoneleigh because it supposed to be a better quality TV, however given what the TV was going to be used for and the cost I went with the LG. I am so glad that I went with this TV. It is not just good for the price but good for a TV overall. The picture and sound quality are amazing. I actually really love this TV. I purchased this before black Friday so I paid little bit more but to be honest, for the price it has everything you needs(Vivid color, and sound, Netflix, amazon prime, youtube)
Most of all it is LG which is most trusted brand in the TV market.
Only cons I can think of is the tv stand are too far apart so for table to support this TV should have enough length.

Just purchased this gem and used Bestbuy’s free home delivery.
LG always has awesome products. The features and specs on this product is needed as well as sweet. I currently have my xbox connected to it and didn’t have a need to connect my Amazon firestick as this television came loaded with features and full-feature apps and settings to accompany the IoT devices. I suggest downloading the LG ThinQ app to extend the capabilities of this television. For the moment, i’m unable to connect Alexa with the television. I’ll need to check the manual or play with the options more to get this connected.
In the meantime, I am a happy man.
Cheers!!!

This TV is awesome. I'm not sure I can tell a difference between this $450 65" TV and a $3k TV. Menus are super easy to navigate. I hate using wi-fi but until I get it hard wired the wi-fi has been excellent. TV is about 40' from server closet with an access point and worked great with the exception of a few disconnects. To correct was simply going back to wi-fi settings and select network to join. Once I installed Uqbiquiti UAP‑AC‑LR it hasn't disconnected once. Another nice feature is the ability to select the Home button menu and see menu options without leave the current program or movie/TV show playing. Another is the ability to continue where you left off of a TV show from the Home button without having to actually open the app 1st.

The picture is amazing and going from a 55" it is huge! The smart interface is quick to access, just hit the home button and all the apps are shown at the bottom of the screen. I really like that the remote has a dedicated Netflix and Amazon Prime button since these are my main sources of content. It opens Netflix faster than any TV i have had so far. We have had it for a month and no issues at all. The things you may want to be aware of are that it does not have alot of inputs so check what you need, I think it only had one HDMI input, enough for me but I know some setups need alot more. The other thing is the stand, I didn't think about it before we set it up but with just a small leg on each end you can't really move it easily. I will be doing a wall mount soon. For the money I think this is a great buy and have recommended it to friends!
