Great picture, fast response system. The downside is that the key configuration on the remote, as mentioned already about up and down arrows are mid to lower on the remote and are a pain when selecting or navigating in the dark. Thought we would have gotten used to it, but we still select the wrong one. Backlighting on the remote. We have Spectrum and the app for the streaming service LG does not support or is available. Had to use Roku 3 plugged into the HDMI port to get the Spectrum app which is glitchy anyway as far as buffering.

Started out ordering and getting a 60" LG TV. I picked it up 3 days after ordering it. Assembled it and set it up and turned it on and the screen was broken and didn't display correctly at all. Didn't notice the screen fracture until it was powered on. Returned it to the store and found out they didn't have any replacements. They said I could look around and see if I saw a different model that would satisfy me. Settled on the next step up to the UM6900PUA series. Took it home and set it up. Powered it on and it worked great but wouldn't work right with the comcast cable box. Turned out the box was totally out of date and didn't even have a WIFI output so I could hook it up properly and had to use the old cable setup. Had to use the 2 different remotes back and forth to get things to work right. Was a real pain . Turns out I was able to get an upgraded cable box at no extra charge. Took me a few days to figure it all out since I had never had a smart TV before but finally got it figured out well enough that I can watch all the cable channels on the comcast remote and the other stuff on the other remote. So I am pretty happy with it now. Has a great picture compared to my old 15 year old unit. Sound isn't the greatest. I will probably end up getting a sound bar for it but in no hurry now. All in all, I am totally satisfied with price (best buy gave me a little discount to) due to my having to set it up twice. Was also satisfied with the service department which cheerfully worked with me. I have been happy with all the items I have purchased from best buy in the past and will return there when I need something again.

I enjoy the LG OS and it’s ease of use on TVs. Works much more smoothly compared to Samsung or other tv brands I’ve used or tested out. Quality and sound is very nice but sound really depends on an individual. If your a bit of a sound fiend, may want to combo a nice soundbar instead. Apps work smoothly and navigating it doesn’t have any delays or glitches, so far.

Great TV for the price, it's always amazing to think how cheap TVs have gotten these days. I wish the UI for apps and stuff was a little more user friendly and faster, but it gets the job done and it's nice that it has everything built in. It's a little on the thicker side but to me that's a good point because I think they were able to get some better speakers on it, I was going to get a soundbar for it but am actually pretty happy with the way it sounds already. Great TV for the money

Bought this TV to replace a 50 inch LG that quit working after quite a few years. Got this on sale before Christmas 2019. Took it home, wall mounted it and set it up which was very easy. After a few minutes the picture would black out and return continuously when connected to HDMI. Immediately returned it for another one. The second one works quite well with a great picture and great built in apps if network connected. Would recommend a sound bar for improved sound quality.

Not a bad 65" TV after all.. great value for the money. Put it in the bedroom on the wall mount at 10ft from the headboard and is nearly as good as a picture quality as our much more expensive 65" Samsung. Bought the 2 year warranty as previous 60" went bad after only 14mths. Purposely Bought new Surge protector as Florida is bad about power surges that can take out a TV. I had to go find 6mm Fasteners to wall mount because previous TV had 8mm wall mount fasteners. No biggi!

Good TV but LG software lacking

Got the TV for about 1/2 the usual price so felt like it was a good deal since reviews were generally good. It was pretty easy to set up and has vivid color and good sound built-in. The only complaint I have is that the LG software seemed glitchy, i.e., not reliable. It seemed good but even after updating it, it would unexpectedly stop while streaming and go back to the previous menu. Then you would have to start playing the show again and fast forward until you could find where you needed to be. This was pretty frustrating when it did it repeatedly (we were using YouTube TV). We switched to using Roku to control the TV and did not have the problem at all. The LG software would also occasionally pause during a show, sometimes for a somewhat lengthy time, before continuing. Again, we do not have this problem with the Roku controller. We tried the LG software repeatedly and frequently had these two problems. If not for the software, I would give the TV a 5-star rating. TV itself is impressive and pretty big picture. Also, has lots of options in setup to finetune the picture but we were pretty happy with the standard settings. Especially like being able to easily read the captions, scores, at bottom of the screen during ball games. In spite of the software issues, have bragged on the TV to numerous friends and family members but would be more critical if I had not gotten such a good deal on the price.

The LG 65in is PERFECT for my bedroom. I wanted something to go over the dresser instead of a mirror. Had it mounted and am thrilled to end my evenings laying in bed catching a movie or the news before retiring for the night. Love that it has a Netflix and Prime Video on the remote as I watch those streaming apps all the time. The picture is crystal clear. Easy to navigate - setup and use.

The picture quality is awesome! Set up is extremely easy and sound is decent. I don’t particularly like the plastic mount stands. The WiFi connection on this model tv “CONSTANTLY” crashes I’ll soon try Ethernet connectivity for better stabilization. Other than that it’s a great device. If you are not mounting tv to walk please be mindful the plastic mounts aren’t stable.

This is a solid budget TV. You get a great size at a great price. It doesn't have HBO Max but that's more to do with LG than anything. There is no blue tooth as well. I had the older model and it lasted almost 6 years before going. The LED is harder to see with light in from the blinds and they just don't last as long as my Plasma TVs. I now need to buy another but may go with Samsung.

So far so good! The TV was easy set up and I was up and running quickly after I installed the wall mount. It has a clear picture with multiple settings to customize your view. After setting up the WI-fi, all of the features like Netflix, YouTube, and Hulu were easily accessed. The sound is pretty good, but I would think that many would want to use a sound bar.

I'm so pleased with my LG TV. Great sharp images, sound and very easy to set up due to easy to read and follow instructions. I also like the fact that i can remove it's legs and hang it on the wall easily. Great features and what i love about the remote is that it's not heavy nor bulky. Can't leave out that the price was great.

For the average consumer, this TV has been amazing. Picture quality looked great in store compared to others in its price range. Sound straight out of the TV has been nice. And the smart TV feature is super user friendly and convenient. I bought this TV on Black Friday but I would guess it’s still a super reasonable price today. Absolutely worth it!
