    Tv is great great help by the staff in selecting this model Only complaint is I had to pay $30.00 to take away the old set And they wanted $149.00 for set up and extended warranty As you can guess I didn’t purchase the warranty Best Buy is a great store have purchased more then just this tv over the years

    I have and LG in my room and simply love it so when it was to to replace my tv in the living room well I knew I was going to get an LG. Shopped around for awhile, Best Buy had the one I was looking for4 months now and I can say that I made the right decision.

    Happy with this LG UP8000 smart tv - crisp, clear video with dynamic colors and sharpness. The "magic" remote is a bit tricky to learn but a lot like a mouse on the screen. Nice audio, speakers sound clear. Made a good purchase.

    Only quirk is if anything is plugged into an HDMI, everytime you turn it on it automatically asks if you want to go to that input. It also doesn't just load the most recent app when powered on, always have to choose.

    I like this tv a lot however I do wish I had access to some of the apps that I can get with the other tvs I own... this tv is unable to have direct tv. stream...

    I am really enjoying this tv! It is bigger than the one we replaced and it fits our built-in entertainment center. This was the best decision we made all year!

    I can’t stand this tv. It’s supposed to be smart streaming but will sometimes default to cable but if you don’t have cable it will be a big loud static filled screen. The magic remote is awful. It seems confused and won’t point where I want it to, like it’s not calibrated or something. The speakers suck. You will definitely need a sound bar. If I’m using an app and I want to go back to the Home Screen to a different app, the tv keeps tweeting to go back to the first app I opened. The only way to get out of this is to keep using the back button until you’re all the way back to where you stayed in the app and it asked you to confirm if you really want to exit the app. On every other smart TV I’ve ever had all I have to do is press the home button and go to my new app or sometimes I can even press the button on the remote itself like the Netflix button but with this TV if you don’t press the back arrow 100 times to back yourself all the way back out, then it will keep trying to go back to that app instead of going where you want it to go. I had given this to star’s but now that I’m writing all this I’m realizing it’s not even worth that. I’m changing it to one star.

    Bought the 65 UHD 7000 series is 2021. The screen got broken in a fall so replaced it in 2022 with the UHD 8000 series. Amazing screen/picture
