Picture quality is good, sound is good, loved the thoughtfulness of having the audio assistance on for the visually impaired as soon as it turns on. You gave to give it a few minutes to update and what not, but my peeve was that there were no options for Caribbean countries to watch LG live tv....these tvs will be sold worldwide, why cant we access the live?! Just unboxed, will update as I fiddle with it some more....lots of options for what you like in order to adjust settings, so that was good too

I really like the TV. The picture is awesome and its fast. My problem is I keep losing internet connection to it for the smart side. It will work for a while and then stops and it just sits and buffers because of the loss of connection. So I use a Roku stick to use youtube tv. Kind of defeats the purpose of the smart side. I sent a request into LG to get it fixed but still haven't seen anything yet. Pretty annoying!!

Damage line shortly after a year

Tv was mounted safely and has not been touched, hit, dropped or anything else and yet, there is a random line of damaged pixels that recently appeared put of no where. Besides that random damage, we loved the TV. If the damage was caused, I wouldve given 5 stars but the fact that nothing was done to the tv and yet it happened made me give 1 star.

Worst purchase

The worst TV I’ve purchased. I’ve had this TV for a year now, and constantly regret the purchase. It never retains connection to the internet, it always freezes and makes a loud buzz noise until I unplug it, lastly it doesn’t have bluetooth(creature comforts from Samsung). Overall. I wish I would’ve spent the extra $75 and just gotten a Samsung.
