Tv is awesome, picture quality is unreal, love the LG channels, a lot of great features for the price. Easy to operate

Excellent picture, great price, easy to setup. When sound bar is connected through the HDMI(ARC) the sound was surprisingly good.

Great picture, dependable so far, jumps out at your eyes in the living room. Wish it came with booklet, as I'm afraid to press remote buttons & the tint mini-booklet is so small even I need glasses to see it & what remote button does what, etc. I'd recommend this LG if you can navigate the remote bravely. I also have a sound bar hooked up. I upgraded for size & last Vizeo TV gave me problems after 7+ yrs.

Does not have wide viewing angles without getting some dimming. Does not have the HDR effect (picture setting) that some LG tv's have. For under $600 the PQ is really clear. Of course that's after adjusting the settings to your preference. Ive watched a few 4k movies and they look pretty good

We had to get a new TV due to the our previous TV no longer working. Our TV was covered by Geek Squad and let me tell you, it's worth it. This is the 2nd TV we have had to replace through BB Geek Squad but the TV exchange process was seamless. After having determined I qualified for new TV we upgraded from an LG 55 in to this 65 in. Customer service via phone was great and we scheduled a drop off which was right away. BB came to drop off my new TV and took the old one with them. Once we set it up we noticed this TV loads the home menu a lot faster, (almost instantly) we love the mouse like feature and the home screen has so many features. You have your list of apps that you can arrange by most commonly used or however you want. The home screen features new shows, commonly watched shows, etc. There's also free live TV included which my husband likes for watching sports. The quality is pretty good for the price, I like the energy saving options although the settings menu seems a bit more complicated than my previous TV. Overall, there is lots to discover, lots of nice new features and a smooth operating system.

The TV color is great, the sound is very good, I really enjoy the television, the remote can be a pain since the buttons aren’t easy to feel what button is what, end it actually feels like it should be the other way around but it’s not bad

I was going to purchase a more expensive TV but it was out of stock. I was shown this model which was 600.00 less than my original selection. I purchased it and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of picture and sound! I am now an LG fan and will purchase from them ( and Best Buy ) again!

Nice Tv, good quality picture. The Home Screen and apps built into the tv aren’t the easiest to navigate and the sound is awful but with a sound bar it works just fine.

I LOVE this tv. I don't often notice differences in picture quality like most people do. However, this seems so much more 3-D than my old tv. The colors are noticeably brighter, too.

Clear image, great well calibrated colors. The 65 size is a perfect fitment for a regular traditional living room space of 20x15 square feet. It's not too small nor too huge where it makes the wall look empty or over take the entire wall. We've owner other brands before but LG has been our top choice for the past 5 years. All other brands, specially some Samsung models decay fast and come with issues with backorder replacement parts. LG is affordable and durable.

Love my new LG 65" UP8000 series LED 4K UHD Smart TV. Very easy to setup. Great picture quality. When selecting TV, excellent customer service in the store.

Great tv so far. Hopefully it lasts for a long time. Easy to set up and the color and picture are awesome. Came with apps installed but I haven’t had time to check them out.

Very pleased with this TV. Considered another Samsung, but the comparison showed Samsung was edge lit versus LG being direct backlit. Beautiful picture, clear and crisp. Colors are vibrant throughout the spectrum. The OS and apps are pretty decent. I would have rated 5 stars, but the default LG Channels work intermittently and is buggy. I purchased the LG Soundbar 3.1, so I cannot rate the tv's actual sound capabilities. As for the soundbar, great addition to this tv.

The sound quality and brightness are fantastic. This is my 2nd LG purchase. I especially like that they have web os and other smart tvs don't have.

I was kind of hesitant after watching the youtube review but when i turned the tv on, picture was beautiful and it was so easy to set up the tv.

Picture clear and crisp. Well worth the price fot it. Bought on black friday week. Dont care for the roller ball in the remote. But thats minor

The picture is so clear and the sound is great. Best TV I have ever had. Easy to navigate to streaming services.

TV has a great picture with good viewing angles. The dark or black scenes dont look the greatest but I knew that would be the case going into this with the types of panels this device has. I have the TV in a very bright room and it handles the reflections well.
