Buggy software on TV. Has updated several times since purchase. Last update now brings you back to home screen at times. The "wiimote" style remote is useless due to motion tracking too sensitive. A.i. settings turned on dont result in any substantial experience. No composite inputs. Cant hook up my older equipment or my kids plug and play video games i got last year. Also a.i. suggests indian programming, have no idea why. Lg tv app is same as pluto tv, no big sell there. Basically tv features are underwelming. Sound volumn has to be cranked to hear it. Other times it has to be lowered.

So far (just under one month) this LG TV has performed as I expected. The picture is great and the size is phenomenal as well. Set up was very easy for me (and I am legally blind, my reason for the larger sized purchased). I was also able to sync my cable remote easilyt to the TV, so that I could control both devices with just one remote.

I've had LG TV's in the past but I can definitely see how they improved the system that works in the background of the TV. They made it much easier to navigate through all of the functions and the picture is great.

I love the TV. Learning the remote was odd given the odd shape of remote. I can not figure out how to make alexa work. Not sure if it is me or the TV. It is not very loud and needs turn up high for good sound. I love the voice control on the remote. Picture is average, no better no worse than any other.

When the tv was first turned on it would automatically go to static since having it for a month it stopped. Every so often the mic will come on without touching it and we didn’t agree to the voice speech terms. We would put the remote down face up or down it just does it randomly or after the sound has been turned down.

Love it love it We moved and we’re buying new TVs for the bedrooms. We bought 4 insignias but then they ran out. Bought this for my daughters room. We are a Google house so we loved this one as it’s full Google compatible Hooked through eArc (which is nice) the kiddo has all her games hooked up. Wish it had more HDMI. Otherwise perfect

Bought for a Garage TV. Solid picture. Not a huge fan of the webOS used by LG, but use a Roku on it, so it’s fine. Light weight and good build quality. For me the magic remote is annoying, so I use my LOGITECH Harmony remote instead

Great TV, but not perfect. It does what I want and looks good. The bad is that the TV does have bleed through on the edges. The blacks are not true. I say this for others. I am not a perfectionist. So I am okay with it.

Excellent tv. Colors are great and so many options to customize your viewing preferences. Very sturdy and holds up to numerous hours of viewing each day. I do recommend adding speakers.

Television was an open box, and it has been two years with zero problems.

Very impressed with this TV. Upgraded from a 55” and still impressed with the picture quality for the price. Mounted this on the wall and the mounting profile is minimal. Can’t wait to upgrade the receiver and speakers!
