We love the tv we bought. The picture is great! The sound is a little not so good but we just turn it up louder and that fixes it. I would buy this tv again.

Needed a new TV w/ faster speed & streaming. For the value & size, you can't beat this LG UHD TV! It almost doesn't need to be hooked up to the sound system.

I love this tv! This is probably one of the best tvs I have purchased. The sound, clarity, and crispness of picture is superb. If you can find this on sale.. it's even better.

The picture quality is very good. The sound output is probably average. There is no owners manual with the set everything is on the internet. If you don't have a computer or smart phone you could be out of luck.

The TV is a complete Nightmare! Don’t buy!!! I’ve used an LG TV before and I loved it but this one is a disaster! First issue is how frequently and annoyingly the TV asks you to update its software. Why do I need to update it several times in a week? What are we updating in a TV??? Second problem is the remote. I bought this TV primarily because I really need the built in google assitant but it turned out to be a crap. You have to hold the button for up to an annoying almost 5 seconds before it can pick your voice. This is too slow and insensitive! And then you notice a useless voice coming out as an aid after you must have turned it off. Third problem: the TV is only frustratingly sophisticated but not any better than older models. Installing a new app is more difficult now. The TV has too many features that simple things are now hard to do. I guess they want everyone to spend 10 hours learning how to operate the remote and TV. In addition, it was a nightmare setting up the TV. The recommended ThinQ app would not work properly for a reason best known to them. I have no problems with the graphics at all. My only problem is about the ease of use! I must say I’ve lost trust in LG products. I expected a newer product to bring a better user experience.

I love Daniel F. A nice guy, and he handles business. The problem is, whenever Daniel and his crew (the other employees in that department) help me, I end up walking out of BB with way more than I came for. This last time, I came only for a TV and walked out with a soundbar, and Daniel sold me on how explicit the sound was. This BB has a bad rep online; 2 stars is not good, but in my book, my interactions are all five stars!!!!

very satisfied with this Tv. Clearest picture I've ever seen and sound is excellent.

TV was purchased and installed about a month and a half ago, wall mounted just fine! The cursor makes navigating a ton easier than would be otherwise, and has a built in browser!
