Avoid this trash and all other LG trash

The soundbar frequently stops making any kind of sound- nothing. It stops working randomly, and it starts again randomly. The quality of the sound, when it is working, is not impressive at all. The TV and soundbar that was retired had much better sound quality, and it never failed to work. I spent well over $4000.00 on this new system, and I expected some kind of improvement over the previous system that cost me less than $400.00. I hate this product, and after this experience, I hate all LG products. I will never spend another dime on any LG product.

Should be way cheaper

Defective Subwoofer after LG Firmware Update.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The subwoofer stopped working after an automatic update, and repeatedly displays a "WR 00" failure update. It has no red or green light - it is dead. Since the product is out of warranty, LG will not sell me another subwoofer or cover a repair for a firmware update issue they created. This is a defect that is reported all over the internet (do an internet search for LG subwoofer for lots of complaints), and should be covered under lemon law.
