    The app has a really crappy interface, not very many options to use. To top that, I was sent one with a non-functional subwoofer. I tried to reach out to LG to give me a replacement, and they said I could only ship it in for a repair that might not even happen, and would have to ship at my expense. I will never purchase another LG item again in my life, total joke. Even without the sound bar, the sound quality was pathetic and even Visio sounds better.

    WiFi Issues, very buggy.

    Sounds great when it works. Constant WiFi interference with other the devices. Streaming anything from the TV or XBox One X is almost impossible. Can't turn off the Wifi from the Google Home, because it won't connect. Switches from eArc to WiFi on its own, killing the sound.

    Had to return this sound bar for 1400 I expect the best sound Lg had to offer but it didn’t sound to different from my tv and In my opinion my old Vizio 5.1 sound bar sound much better than this. And for the cherry on top it wasn’t working well with its on tv family I have a c7 oled arc sound kept messing up and subwoofer was giving a crackly sound

    I bought these with the protection plan and let me tell you it hasn’t been good. The side speakers started popping and cracking after about a month. Now they only work sometimes. Best Buy told me to deal with LG directly, even though I gave $200 for the protection plan. LG won’t fix them. What a waste. Buyer beware

    Worked for awhile then a year later the hdmi had problems. Replaced with a Sony

    The system sounded great when it actually worked properly. There were random crackling and popping sounds coming from the speakers. I tried changing router frequencies, resetting the entire system several times nothing seem to work. I even sent it in for service. Nothing made it better.

    Bought this system when launched for $1600 after 13 months subwoofer would no longer power on. Cant purchase sub woofer separatly, so system is basically useless now! Avoid at all cost!

    Will render your WiFi usless

    I just spent $1,000.00 on IT troubleshooting to pin point that this sound bar will interrupt your home WiFi signal (all bands). This was the caise of all my connection issues. This is absolutely rediculous. Why would they use this signal to connect the wireless speakers????

    Open box excellent doesn’t exist at Best Buy

    I purchased this soundbar as a open box excellent, but that was far from the truth. Soundbar had a dent in it and it was missing three power cords. I don’t even think Best Buy checks to see if everything is complete.

    Garbage, had this for a little over a year and it’s no longer working. Apparently it’s a PCB assembly that LG is aware of. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT!!

    Muffled atmos, weird setup, wifi interference, and not 1 software update to improve this $1500 soundbar has been released. I love my LG CX. I really wanted to love the sn11rg too! I would not recommend this soundbar!!!

    Nice sound but lip synch is terrible, even with an LG OLED TV. Furthermore, online reviewers point out that lip synch errors vary by source material. Practically impossible to adjust, especially with 4K.

    I purchased this sound bar with average expectations. The room we decided to put it in was on the smaller end and I was looking for something to liven up the room a bit more. This sound bar exceeded my expectations greatly. Set up was a piece of cake and connecting to my systems was even easier. For the most part, the sound bar is used for streaming movies and TV, with an occasional Xbox game here and there. The app is easy to navigate through as well as change the settings to your liking based on what you are watching. Prior to purchasing, I read reviews about the sound bar interfering with WiFi networks, but I have yet to experience any issues on my end, after almost two months from set up. I moved my router a little further from the appliance and never had an issue. Although, It's definitely an expensive appliance, in my opinion it is worth every cent. The sound bar is pleasing to the eye and is very minimal which could match the theme of any room. My family and I are huge sports fanatics, and it's been awesome to get to watch the start of the NFL season and NBA finals and have the sound electrified enough to almost feel like you're there, which during this pandemic is something we haven't had the pleasure of doing. I'd give this product 10/10 and would absolutely purchase again.

    Bought this LG SLM 4r Soundbar few weeks ago, and I can not tell how please I am with this new soundbar. First, very simple to set this up. I connected the soundbar to my TV with the included Optical Cable, and the subwoofer was as easy to do, as plugging into a power source. The wireless Rear Speaker Kit was also a breeze to install. The speakers are very lightweight and it was super easy to pair them. The Bluetooth is just great: my phone directly connects to the speaker, and get my house full of music. I have put my boxes 30ft from each other, which gives you a great acoustic for your music. The sound coming from this sound bar is crisp clear with no buzzing at all. With the control, you can easily switch to the bass sound of your tv. I got everything installed within 10min, and until all is working perfectly. Really one of my best buying decision I made.

    My husband got this for us for the living room. I am more of "the its a TV, its fine" kind of person. Why do we need a sound bar? Now that I have a sound bar, I know why he was excited to get one. I am not very tech savvy but I can notice a difference with the sound. I like using the bar best for music though. I like that it has different preset settings for the speakers as well. I don't know too much else about the Sound system other than it is not hard to use, it sounds really good and I like that I can connect my iPhone to it as well to stream some music. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. It sounds great and makes my TV movie watching more of an experience.

    2020 Soundbar of the Year

    LG’s latest offering for 2020 is the SN11RG Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundbar. To sum up my experience in one word, Massive. The experience all-around is wonderful. This soundbar is able to produce a rich full surround sound stage for large rooms. The sound easily handled my large open family room design. The 7.1.4 setup outputs a total of 770 watts. This is an outstanding level of audio power. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X content sounds pretty awesome. The upfiring speakers on the soundbar and on the rear speakers provides the height effects for Atmos really well. I have a few Google Home devices in my home, so I was able to add the soundbar to the Google Home app. Here I was able to cast music by using YouTube Music, and Spotify. I was surprised when music sounded really good as the soundbar is capable playing high resolution audio formats. Then I downloaded LG’s WiFi speaker app. I was able to make adjustments as far as balance, LG’s room calibration, and audio delay. This is important as other soundbars I have, had audio delay. I didn’t notice this while using LG’s soundbar. Another great feature is the soundbar eArc HDMI ports. I was able to receive lossless Atmos and DTX:X from my 2020 LG nanoCell television since they both have eArc capabilities. The soundbar has a front LED that gives information such as the sound profile and sound balance. The subwoofer produces a huge level of bass, and it’s wireless which lets you place it anywhere in a room. The rear speakers are wireless, but will need to be connected to a power supply so keep that in mind for placement. I tested a few Dolby Atmos movies: Mad Max Fury Road, Justice League, Wonder Woman, and Avengers Infinity War. The soundstage was massive and the effects were heard all-around the room. My family was really impressed with the sound of this soundbar. Really felt like we were part of the movie with all the level of sound, especially from the soundbar. Overall, I’m pretty excited to own LG’s 2020 top of the line soundbar. This soundbar brings a whole new level of enjoyment to watching films and listening to music.

    I was amazed by this system right away. The sound is unlike anything I've ever had in my home. Upon first glance the speaker is massive, taking up the length of my entertainment cabinet. The speaker is equipped with not only front facing audio but side pannels on the top and bottom the encapsulate the room in high quality sound. The two speakers that connect via Bluetooth are subtle in size but also sound powerful. The 4th speaker, supplying the base, also connects via Bluetooth and packs a huge punch. Together you fully emerged in sound, hearing ever detail from movies down to the last raindrop. Music is phenomenal, the base is breathe taking, allowing you to fully engage with the artist, its changed my appreciation for gospel. You won't be disappointed by this system, the Google voice system works great, just make sure your speaker isn't up too loud or she will get confused on the prompts. Setup was alittle confusing but it was more about my TV than the speaker.
