    This soundbar with subwoofer and rear speakers exceeds all expectations. The sound experience is truly cinematic, set up is easy. This is money well spent. Could not ask for more.

    Meh. I wanted plug and play, this gave me that, I should have said i wanted rich balanced sound. Didn't get that. Really wanted to love this, I say it's OK, but not OK for over a grand. My stock 65 LG C class sounds more balanced and refined than this SN11. Plus occasional 1/2 second sound drops for unknown reason. Everything works, I like the app to set volumes, but honestly, the TV sounds better than this.

    This is my second LG sound bar. It is made to work with the rear speaker as a set. It will not perform %100 until its properly set up. Only issue that we had was that the rear speakers did not come with mounting screws! Made a trip to Lowes and problem solved.

    Great sound when it works. Constant cut outs

    I am another customer who will be returning this. It’s an amazing sound bar and it sound great. Atmos content is rich and natural. But this thing never woke reliably. Constant cut outs from the subwoofer or crumpling noises. LG sound bars are notorious for interference. Moving away from router, closer to sound bar, nothing helps long term. For this much money it needs to just work. Too bad. I love it in the short stretches it works.

      We are sorry to hear that your purchase did not meet your expectations. Understandably this is frustrating. LG absolutely cares and we confidently stand behind our products. Please try these steps below to remedy the problem. 1.) If the subwoofer is placed near a router this may cause interference. The subwoofer should be installed more than 6 feet away from the router. 2.) Subwoofer connection reset- a) Push and hold the following buttons together for more than 5 sec : "VOL-" on the sound bar and "Repeat" on the remote control together simultaneously b) Sound Bar LCD will show "16 ON". Please be sure to provide your name, phone number, address, email, model/serial numbers, and date of purchase so that we are better able to assist you.
