one month out of warranty and dryer stopped workin

We have both been fairly happy with the performance of the dryer especially when compared to the old one. However, we've just had an where we'll have to call a technition and, of course, it's 1 month out of warranty.

Installation not done upon delivery

The BB website stated that electric dryers would be hooked up when delivered but our delivery men said they did not install appliances.
