I love this dryer. Have been using it for a month now. It is quiet, has lots of settings for temperature control to accommodate any fabric. Has sensor dry or manual setting for drying. I like wrinkle care that tumbles clothes at the end of a cycle just in case you don't unload right away. The digital screen shows time remaining in cycle. This dryer is large enough to dry linen and blankets from king size bed. I air dry my king down comforter to fluff it up. My towels come out very soft and fluffy, too. I bought this dryer on sale and it was a good buy. It matches my LG top loading washer I purchased a few years ago. Extremely pleased with both!

I am happy so far with my new washer and dryer, it was a long road exchanging the GE ones 4 times but I think I finally got a nice set.

I read so many reviews before finally zeroing in on this dryer and matching washing machine, and I decided to take a chance in purchasing them online without seeing them in person, because of the many good reviews that they both had. After owning and using them for about a month, I can tell you that the great reviews were absolutely correct. I love everything about this washer and dryer! First of all, they are both very quiet. With the laundry room door closed, I can't hear them running except perhaps when the washer goes through a very high spin cycle. The dryer is whisper quiet! The dryer drum is huge -- I can dry three times as much laundry than I could with my old dryer. I also love the musical tone that plays when a cycle is complete -- so much better than those annoying buzzers! The clothes dry quickly, and there are many drying options that make the dryer very versatile for all types of fabrics. And don't forget to purchase the matching washing machine! You won't regret it, because they are both excellent products.

My clothes are never dry after the first cycle so I have to run a second time.

Love the size; however it is to new and I have not used all the cycles yet.

We are on our third dryer and will have to exchange this one and will be getting a different brand. We set it on a cycle that is supposed to take 50 or 60 minutes and 5 minutes later the display shows it has 3 minutes left then gives an error code "d80". We were told by LG that the vent is clogged, but my husband took a leaf blower and blew it out and it's still doing the same thing. The only way we have been able to dry our clothes has been to set it on timed dry and it still will show the error code.

purchased a floor model and it did not work when I set it up at home. staff was very helpful through the entire return process.

does a good job drying in a reasonable time with a very low sound. a capable appliance

I have only had this dryer for three months, but so far, I really like it. It is pretty quiet which is great as our laundry room is right off the kitchen. It replaced a Whirlpool dryer that lasted exactly 25 years to the month, so I did a fair amount of research before buying. I only wish the door opened from the top down, rather than from the side, but this is a minor inconvenience. Sometimes the perm press setting doesn't entirely dry some of the clothes, so I just put them in for a few minutes under the Manual Dry setting. Might help if I read the instruction booklet! My neighbor bought a GE dryer the same week as my LG was delivered and she has had the repair man out twice so far, so glad I chose this make and model.

Purchased back in 2016 and it’s still up and running. Came with a 10 year warranty which is nice. Haven’t had any issues.

This dryer is great! The sensor feature helps reduce wasted drying time. An excellent product for the price. I highly recommend it

I didn't read reviews on the dryer, I just purchased after I had bought the matching washer two weeks before and wanted them to match. Fortunately the dryer is great and dries my clothes very well and doesn't even leave the towels a bit wet as the previous dryer. One run and all is dry!

it does it job and I'm happy about it.. the lint trap really works :) lol

We bought this dryer in August. It started leaking most likely because of an improper installation. We called Best Buy, they sent a team that confirmed that it was not properly installed. They suggest we ask for a replacement as some parts might be damaged. We agreed, and waited for someone to call us back as agreed with the repair team. I finally called to hear that we are outside of the 15 days and that therefore we have to call the manufacturer and deal with them. I am at that stage so I can't confirm yet this dryer is good or bad but what I can confirm for sure is that this was my last purchase at Best Buy, a company that can at the same time confirm their own installation was not properly done and tell you it is not their fault.
