I have owned this dryer for about one year now and am completely satisfied. With the exception of steam, it is able to handle everything I throw at it and has an appropriate setting for everything. Since is it easy to get the stream result in a dryer by throwing in a lightly damp rag as I have been doing for years, I saw no reason to expend money on this feature. It looks great and is near silent. It easily handles my thick queen comforter easily after a wash, but would imagine it may not accommodate a king. I live with another single room mate. Though we do not do not handle large volumes of clothing, when I need to go a full load of towels or bedding, it handles it on auto dry with one pass without fail. Only note, this unit does not come with the drying rack. However, this is an inexpensive accessory from LG and is a must have!

I was a little hesitant to drop a ton of cash on our washer and dryer (we bought the set) but not only can we do laundry in half the time, its WAY quieter than I could even imagine!! we have 2 kids so we do laundry daily!! Well worth the purchase!! We also noticed an immediate difference in our utility bill and water bill!! (washer) The deliver company is a different story... I do wish it came with a drying rack

Our 14 yr old dryer went out on us and rather than spending $200 or so to fix we thought we would go and see if we could find a new one. When we saw this LG it matched our washer that we bought a couple of yrs ago and it was on sale so we went ahead and got it. Are we glad we did! It is most quiet running dryer I have ever seen and the clothes dry extremely quick! We are really happy with our purchase!

After having had trouble with a 3 year-old Bosch dryer, I've found the LG dryer to greatly exceed my hopes! The dryer dries quickly and thoroughly, and has good basic features without the fringe features I most likely would never use. I am EXTREMELY pleased. In addition to working well - I love the control panel and the lights.

We bought it with the matching washer. It does a good job of drying and has many more settings than we ever use. The only complaint is that the lint trap has a felt type ring around the outside that helps it seal better. The lint gets stuck to this felt and is a pain to completely get it off, so most of the time, it just has some lint attached to it. It doesn't seem to affect the performance at all. There's no problems getting the lint off the screen itself.

Over all I am satisfied with this machine. It makes a thumping sound when it is first started but gets quiet very quickly and is very quiet after that and closing of the door sounds tinny. It does a great job drying and is quick. I haven't tried any real bulky items yet

Very happy with this dryer. It's very quiet (you hear the clothes moving a lot more than the dryer) and all the features work well. Door is a little disappointing because it doesn't *seem* to shut solidly.. it's shut, just doesn't feel like it - doesn't seem as sturdy / solid as older doors or the rest of the machine.
