I rated this oven high based on my expectations from other reviews and my first impressions. I had planned on buying a cheaper LG oven for my new house, which is being built, but Best Buy made me an offer I couldn't refuse. The oven arrived at my temporary storage and visually it is stunning. I'm excited to use it.

Great stove for baking. Hard to clean, gets dusty.

Admittedly, I haven't owned this long enough to judge all aspects of operation. We have roasted large pieces of meat and the results were simply phenomenal. The double oven is really nice; our very first use was roasting with both ovens used and we couldn't be happier. Bought as an open box -excellent- at an incredible price. Win-win.

We bought this to replace a very old stove that died. We like it a lot. It has great features and is easy to use. Only problem so far is that the glass top was hard to clean when melted butter fell on it.

Like the five elements with the double oven easy cleaning

We replaced another double oven with this. The glass top doesn't stay looking clean as much as we'd like, but it seems to do everything we expected. There are many features that we haven't tried out yet, but we are happy with our purchase.

I like the front control knobs and the ease of cleaning the oven. The ultra heat eye heats incredibly fast. The upper oven allows cooking without heating a more spacious space. Additionally, the lockout settings are easy to use to prevent the eyes from being accidentally turned on.

It's a great stove. My only complaint is the knobs for the burners stick out and get turned on really easy.

We like it but bottom oven not tall enough to fit a large roaster for turkey

Only has a one year warranty and the timers are broken at less than two years. If you're into extended warranties, be sure to get one for LG products.

Thumbs down on Best Buy’s delivery process. You must check and be sure your delivery date is correct or you may never get your delivery.

The buying process was terrific. The sales consultant was very good and the applicances were available. The delivery was exactly like they explained. The stove installation was seamless. I could not ask for anything more.
