    Love this dryer! Easy to use. When it was delivered, I had at least 5 loads to dry, and it worked beautifully. I still haven't looked at the manual to find out everything it can do.

    My review is based on the products but on the customer service. I had to get this set of washer and dryer delivered literally 4 different times. They kept bring the wrong dryer with every delivery. So even though I purchased it about 7 weeks ago, I’ve only been able to use it for 1 week in total. But now, the washer is rattling so bad, I’m scared it’s about to be ruined before I can actually use it. Its cute but might be returning.

    Love this LG dryer! Now hope the matching 5.3 Lg Washer will be just as good. Can't wait to get it the end of January! I will give a review after I have used it. I saw some bad reviews after we purchased it, so I hope my machine will not have those problems as I won't tolerate it.

    Our last dryer was older and had issues drying a large set of clothes. We have the matching washer to this dryer and love them as a set. They look good are smaller but yet wash and dry more clothes. Highly recommend

    I’ve been using the LG Smart Electric Dryer for a little while now, and I honestly love it. From day one, it’s been working great — super efficient and reliable. One of the biggest standout features for me is the built-in AI. It actually communicates with my LG washer, so it knows exactly how to handle the load. No more guesswork, and best of all, no shrinking or overheating my clothes! The EasyLoad door is another feature I didn’t know I needed until I had it. Being able to open it two different ways makes loading and unloading so much smoother, especially when you’re juggling a laundry basket in one hand. Overall, this dryer makes laundry less of a chore, and I’m genuinely happy with the purchase. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it!

    EXCELLENT dryer. Love everything about this dryer, it is fast and easy to use. I love that the door opens from the top or will swing open to the side, the Thin Q app is amazing. I love being able to start it from anywhere to "fluff" clothes up if I wasn't immediately able to get them out.

    Great Dryer. Plenty big enough for what we wash. I like the door opening down or out. I like that the light inside does not stay on all the time the door is open. Family tends to leave the door open after emptying the dryer. All the settings we need to get any job done.

    Dry time is absolutely perfect, i have an app to control the dryer. Love the fact i dont have to bend at the waist to load the dryer, options to open up and down and side to side. Love the app.

    It could have received a 5 ⭐️rating from me in that it’s just needs to have a lower decibel level when drying up clothes. Loved that the door have two-way opening (sideways or top down) and it’s drying capability is awesome.
