The dryer is excellent, but I would absolutely not recommend the Best Buy install. They wired my plug incorrectly. Being still under warranty I contacted LG to have service done: my dryer would turn on and off by itself and would stop mid cycle. The LG technician came out and saw that the neutral wire was where the ground should have been. The ground wire was with the other neutral wire. Not cool. The CRAZIEST thing is, there is a color-coded wiring diagram less than two inches below the wires. Hoping this service call does not cost me out of pocket since it's not a manufacturer defect.

Best purchase ive ever made!!! 8 people household means there's always laundry and it's never-ending. Except now it is.. there is always too much clean laundry. The dirty laundry piles are gone!!!

We buy LG DRYER MACHINE in MY BEST BUY with the washing machine. And it’s easy to use with in 2 touch the machine will start. And it can open in a two way door.and it’s comfortable to use. And many options can choose of what kind of clothes to dryer.

Love my new washer and dryer. The AI feature is great. A little loud when it starts but overall a great purchase. I absolutely love how the dryer door opens 2 ways.

Great dryer! Love the fact you can open the door two different ways. Dries everything very fast. Better than the Samsung we previously had. Would highly recommend.

I just got this dryer and even though it it has the same capacity as my old dryer, a lot more fits into it. Clothes come out dry and I don’t have to repeat the cycle!

Quiet and efficient! My clothes are clean and I am happy. The remote start is a great feature so you can set it up to run when electricity is cheaper.

It's a great dryer so far BUT.....after quite a few months of use, we have found that this dryer has the worst lint trap design we have ever had. Dryer sheets and clothing can get caught in the gap that the fixed plastic trap screen that protrudes into the dryer drum. The removable screen trap itself allows quite a bit of lint by it causing a build up inside the duct and at the vent outside. Pretty disappointed with this one important feature. The old school top slide in traps do better. Other than the lint trap, it is a pretty good dryer.

The dryer drum is huge!! It’s so quiet! I’m very happy with it and the color is amazing! I love how the door opens two ways. One way is down and one way is to the side!

We wanted to fill our new home with some appliances and could not pass up a great deal on a new washer and dryer. Pretty cool feature with this dryer is that the front-loading door opens frontwards and sideways.

I was tired of my old LG set and found this set during the memorial day sale. Im so glad I did! The load size is huge, its quiet and dries on the first pass!

This dryer gets my clothes dried so much faster and less wrinkled. Great selection of options. The glass door is great!

I love how the LG dryer never gives me problems. Drys my King size blankets perfectly and all the way. I love how it doesn’t get easily scratched. Other than that my dryer is so easy to clean I would recommend you to purchase one, if you are thinking about it.

This is My 2nd Dryer from LG and it is amazing, the older one still working and we have that one in our garage. This new modern style is excellent and we love the smart connectivity to our cellphones.

Great dryer. Efficient and relatively quiet. Does what I need and the smart features connect to my LG app easily.

So far so good, don't know much about washer dryers as this is first I've purchased but it's been good experience so far. The washer dryer combo works as it should and very easy to use. Wife loves it because the oversize stuff like blankets and sheets come out clean and most importantly dry. Especially since old one needed multiple cycles to dry. Overall great experience with the installation as well, took them less than 30min and they gave easy to understand demo.

Would like to have a setting that I could select the time & temperature. Not all the settings let you change these. Also the Power and Start should be whiter as they both are hard to see.
