the steam feature really comes in handy. I had steam on my old dryer and knew I had to have it on my new one. love the door that opens two ways so my laundry isn't trying to fall on the floor as i'm removing it

I'm very happy with this clothes dryer. It runs quietly, dries clothes thoroughly, and leaves them with minimal wrinkles—such a time-saver! The delivery and installation service was also excellent: quick, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommend both the product and the service.

We have had this dryer for 2 months and it’s great. Easy to use and so quiet that you barely know it’s working. There is a setting for every type of fabric or type of clothing. Whether it’s a small load or even a large load, it’s perfect.

It has more cycles and options than most models for its price. And its steam options help reduce wrinkles on already dry clothes. But it app is harder to use and it should be. Its App & remote start options only work when you press its Remote Start button on it before every cycle, which is very inconvenient!

We've had this dryer for a little over two years now. I have nothing but good things to say. We love it. We have a large family and easily run 12 or more loads per week. We love the extra dry setting for jeans and towels. Also, the steam fresh setting to remove wrinkles is awesome! We are really happy with this purchase.

I typically stray away from advanced technology but these are so easy to use. I love the sleek color and they fit so well in space. I can’t believe I waited so long to make this purchase- best choice by far.

love the LG dryer that matches the washer. It is not very expensive and has a built-in steam, which is nice and convenient. A great addition to your home

Highly recommend it due to the features and how well/quickly it dries. The door opening option is fantastic too and a great feature all dryers should have.

This electric dryer was purchased to go with a LG washer that was purchased also from BestBuy in 2013. It has been fantastic after 2 months of daily use with clothes absolutely dry when set to the auto sensing default. Key points are that you can't overload the dryer and that your exhaust chute out the back of the dryer should be clean and clear. I pulled out a ton of dry lint from mine and it was no wonder my older unit from 2001 struggled to dry clothes before it finally gave up the ghost. And most importantly, the LG reliability rating from Consumer Reports sealed the deal. I already knew that coming from owning one of their washers. And the fact that it notifies me vis both my phone and my LG OLED TV when the load is complete via the downloadable app is such a quality of life improvement!

Love the large size and multiple features. I enjoy having the new steam feature. The app helps keep track of cycles and cleaning.

I did a ton of research before purchasing this dryer. There were some features that I felt that I would not use, but during price comparisons it was reasonable to go the next level. One feature I thought that I would never use was the steam. Oh my goodness, I love using that with my sheets. It’s just enough to take wrinkles out! My previous dryer was an LG too. This brand has served us well! Hats off to the Best Buy representative for selling me this. He knew all there was to know comparing brands. And, the installation crew was fabulous. Very clean and efficient. An excellent experience, thank you Best Buy!

I don’t know if we just had a terrible time with dryers but I love this one. It has the steam feature for those of us that forget to fold or hang the thing that wrinkle… and the smart feature connection to my phone and my tv alerts me when I need to change over the wash to dry or get the stuff out of the dryer! The best part is it actually dries my clothes faster than any other dryer I’ve ever had… the only negative I’ve had is drying shoes but I honestly have not researched any other attachments that might be available so might want to check that first if you do mind hanging them from the door.

Great dryer! Can handle large loads with ease. I really like the sanitize option and the steam option being i have a sustain for ironing my clothing.

Went from a GE washer dryer set to 1st time LG washer dryer set owner and definitely noticing a difference in performance all around, e.g., better wash, faster dry, much quieter sound, etc.

Dual-opening door is helpful; it falls open to load and rotates open for unloading. we put this item on a 12" riser to accomodate this feature easier. though we are tall, the height throws off the reach and visibility of the controls. (we were used to front loaders, but got tired of the frequent odors). starts up fairly quickly. the default dry setting isn't quite enough, so we typically have to press the dryness factor up a step or two.

Recieved the Washer and dryer. The delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Both guys on the delivery we very professional. So far my wife has been very happy with our purchase.

When my daughter moved into her new house, the first W & D that was selected would not fit into the W & D closet because the front load washing machine is apparently quite a bit deeper. The company she had ordered it from was not helpful in selecting something else. I turned to Best Buy at that time, and they helped with the selection and were able to deliver the W & D in just a few days. I truly appreciate the service. She was a little unsure about the top load HE washer but she reports that all the clothes come out nice and clean, and it fits in the closet nicely. Still a nice size washer and dryer for big loads.

This is the best buy we have ever made. Cleans our clothes so well works quickly & quietly! This is a must have. Steam function is the best!!
