Just recommend lower heat settings

I was looking for a drier that the door would open downward and I found this one !! I love the fact that it the door can be open downward and side ways, however it doesn’t open all the way the down, it only goes half way but it’s enough to put in and take out the clothes. I wish the door would go all the way down, then I would off giving it 5 stars.

It would turn on and run like normal, but the heat would not ignite. It has a year warranty. I called LG and went through their initial testing. Then they told me i needed someone to certifiy my gas was working properly and had the correct pressure. They refused to pay for this test and refused to consider sending anyone till after testing. I refused to pay for that service since my other gas appliances were working perfectly. They didnt care. I tried speaking to a supervisor. After waiting on hold for a half hour, I was told the supervisor would call me back. I’ve bought multiple LG products after glowing endorsements from Best Buy staff. But that experience wasted so much of my time and i was constantly shuffled from one rep to another, who all appeared to be at foreign call centers. I’m so disappointed.
