Works well! My previous dryer was 40 years old, and hopefully this one will live that long too. I am enjoying the heat settings. The lint tray is easy to get to. I can control it with my phone!

Great price because got it at the outlet but so happy with purchase, now thinking of getting the wash machine to go with it!

Our old LG which we had since 2011 finally bit the dust. I don't know if I ever expected it to last 11 years, but I feel that we got our money's worth out of it. Honestly, i think my wife burnt it out from doing so much laundry! (LOL). So, we upgraded to the newest model. This one is bigger, and has wifi, although my wife now tells me I'm tracking all the laundry. I think the Wifi feature is unneeded but heck, it's in there. What i like... it's bigger than the old one. It has a light in there that the other one didn't. It seems to have a lot of features that the old dryer didn't have, but it's a dryer, and it seems to dry quicker than the last one so we're very happy

This dryer works exceptionally well. It dries quickly without the burnt smell.

After using a set of sears washer dryer for forty years it was time for their replacement. I kept circling back to this unit based on many product reviews, including consumer reports. But the fact that two good friends have the same unit and have been very pleased sealed the deal.

What a delight to upgrade from my old washer and dryer to these new LG units. Installation was COVID safe and super smooth. They are very easy to use and providing excellent results. We’ve gotten use to drying the rubber seal already.

I am so happy I bought this LG washer and dryer set. The washer makes washing clothes such a breeze, while the dryer dries clothes in no time. They both are pretty quiet and has great features. I love the dark color and the ability to stack if needed. I highly recommend!

Dryer has many options for all of todays fabrics. Dries quickly and I Love the chimes when finished. Easy to load and unload with built in light makes it easy to see into drum.

Purchased a dryer from Best Buy and scheduled delivery specifying that a small truck would be needed. Told the salesman I'd be stacking the dryer. When the delivery came, I was told I had to have a different stacking kit - an LG stacking kit, so they took the dryer away and told me to reschedule the next day. I ordered the stacking kit and rescheduled specifying a small truck was needed. Three days later I got a call from the delivery men. They couldn't get to my house because they had a big truck. Needed to call the next day to reschedule. Four days later they brought the dryer and stacking kit but couldn't install because the dryer has a specfic plug that didn't match my outlet. Left the dryer and stacking kit and said to reschedule the next day. I had an electrician out that afternoon. Today (three days later) got a call at 1:00 pm saying they would be at my house in 10 minutes. An hour later they hadn't shown up. I called the delivery man and he said "didn't they call you?" They didn't have a small truck and couldn't reach my house. I will have to reschedule tomorrow. This has been a nightmare. I'd never buy anything from Best Buy again. P.S. Rescheduled for following Tuesday and was told they'd send a pick-up truck. Installers arrived and said the vent was not the correct one - needed a flexible vent. THIS WAS THE FIFTH ATTEMPT TO INSTALL. My husband told them they had to find a way to get it done today. After calls to managers, dryer was finally installed.

Very quiet machine and when it says 2 minutes left it really means it. Didn’t take long to figure out the options on the panel and decide which is best for different types of loads.

The staff were super informative and spent about 15 minutes with us exploring options, figuring out budget, and explaining the difference between models. In regards to the actual washer and dryer, no complaints so far, they work great and I like how many setting options there are. Although this is my first time buying a washer and dryer and I just came from an apartment with w&d’s from probably 2005 and a dryer that took 4 cycles to actually dry my clothes, so to me this set is super fancy. Overall really satisfied.
