Great dryer, senses the dampness of the clothes. We have the electric model and find it dries a little to hot, so we subtract 5 mins on the time.

It’s all good. I replaced a total lemon (new) Maytag dryer with the LG. The LG is working great. I want to give a shout out to Best Buy for their Total Tech program and their excellent customer service. After a terrible experience with Maytag’s customer support Best Buy’s Total Tech people stepped up and helped me replace my lemon with a great appliance.

Wow. What a difference this dryer makes. The first few days I spent all my time sanitizing everything from pillows to mattress cover . I love the steam feature.

This LG dryer looks really nice. Operating it is very straightforward while providing all the necessary choices on how you want to dry your items, I’ve only been using it two weeks but so far I am very pleased with it. I bought it without seeing it in the store.

Probably too early to give it 5 stars, but dryer works great. Our last LG Dryer (also from Best Buy!) lasted us 18 years so here's to round two!

This is a great dryer I have it paired with the matching washer and the one feature that is super easy is the IA function. So once you wash a load simply turn on the dryer throw the load in and push start the info from the wash was transferred to the dryer and setting are selected for you. The dryer also senses how dry the clothes are so a cycle may say 30min but after the dry detects the dryness of the clothes it will adjust the time to not over dry or waste energy.

Glad to have this dryer. It is performing well and a good upgrade over the last one we had.

This is a great dryer. Steam feature removes wrinkles in a jiffy. Loved it so much we are going to buy another for our summer residence.

I've use LG dryer for years. My first lasted 14+, and I spent maybe $500 over the life of it maint. This unit is very functional and easy to use.

Review is mixed. Some people very good and attentive, others not so much. There was confusion on getting the Certificate of Insurance needed by my facility for delivery. Initially when I received the COI, I thought it was for a different vendor. When I compared with a competitor's order specifications, I noticed the Best Buy order was missing a needed part which then needed to be added. I was waiting all morning for the delivery. When I hadn't heard anything, I checked email and saw a note saying it had been delivered, but I didn't have it. When I finally reached someone I was told it was not coming and I had to be reschedule. Certainly not the smoothest experience. So far, however, I am pleased with the product.

One of the cleanest looking dryer in have ever owned. This is my second LG dryer and the first one was awesome it just got old. This one seems more efficient.

We got this at an open box discount which knocked it down to about half price. The dryer was literally never used, just had a large dent on the side. It works perfectly and is a fantastic dryer. The steam option is also really cool. I still need to figure out all the fancy stuff, but it does it's job drying clothes thoroughly very well. Highly recommended.
