I was disappointed that the salesman clearly stated the installers would clean the vent, which they didn't, and that the would connect the water line for the steam, which they refused to do. I had to convince them to even leave the steam kit, which was clearly on the order and paid for

This is my second LG Dryer. I purchased my first one in 2005 and sold it when I moved across the country i. 2020. Thus my decision to purchase a new LG Dryer was a no brainer.

Have had this dryer for about a month now. Still get sense flow codes after cleaning the dryer vent About the installation. Best buy sent a very young guy to do it and he came with a bad attitude. I could tell he didn’t want to work that day and he wanted to sell me a dryer vent that was supposed to come with the dryer. For this reasons I will give a 3 star review to my purchase. Only complaint about the dryer is the codes for the sense flow feature. Best buy please don’t send the wrong people to do the installs. Kid was pretty much rude.

Beautiful accompaniment to the beautiful washer. The side by side door allows for easy transfer of clothes from washer to dryer. Dryer is quiet and the clothes come out perfectly dry in a short time period.

LG really outdid themselves with this product. Super High Quality and Quiet. After a month of use, I would never consider anything else. Makes washing so easy for the entire family.

Wife has been using this for two months approximately. Loves it. Does everything she wanted and more. Dryer seems to sense dryness as expected.

No complaints. Only have it for a month but does the job as advertised. I don't use all the extra features so can't say if thats good. Don't really understand why all these extra things are needed. The only thing i do enjoy is the light inside.

This dryer is great! You can do diagnostics from your phone on it, it will add time if the clothes are not dry yet, installation was AWESOME!

If yiu saw my washer review, this dryer pajrs nice with it especially for the allergy certification. No issues with the dryer. Also wofi enabled soni get notifications of when its done!

Still working out the details, it does the job. Love that there is a light inside to see everything. Just make sure you read the manual for settings on drying, we have had to run it a couple of times to get everything to dry.
