Nice dryer. Installation not happy

I did not get that needed info to ensure my dryer duck is cleaned before installed. And checking it is Not a part of installation. Sigh....

Later called about delivery compensation they offered 125$ and won’t honor it because I accept the original 65$ no one told me I wouldn’t get both but give me the $125 now but they say “no record of this case” terrible experience with customer service
