Very nice product. It’s very easy to use and has nice features.

Purchased the set with the pedestals. These are making a chore simple and a no brainer. Simple interface that is easily learned and implemented. The AI wash/dry feature is very useful. My last washer and dryer were LG products that lasted 18 years I hope These are as reliable . Nearly all my appliances are LG so far no complaints. And the pedestals are a little pricey but they save your back and you can use them for storing your consumables, dryer sheets, … And the thin Q lets you know when the washer/ dryer is finished.

Loving it so far. Easy to use. Quiet. Sad that I’m out of laundry.

This dryer is awesome! Easy install, easy to understand and the best thing is it’s so efficient!

It's only been about 1 month, but so far so good! Gets everything dry and fluffy the first time through. Cell phone status through the app works well. Reminder to clear the filter is good.

The ease of doing laundry with the LG front loading washing machine and dryer is refreshing. Easy to load, easy to add detergent, short wash times and water savings. Drying is as simple. Load, set and dry.

Quiet operation, great pre-programmed for different types of loads but with the option of making adjustments if you want for any reason. Also love the sleek look of this machine. I have a small laundry area and the design is a much better fit.

Works very well, dries effectively. The fact that you can remote control it from a mobile app is pretty cool. Very modern look.

I've only had my unit for a month but so far so good. Easy to use, had zero issues so far. And we installed it ourselves. Best Buy was unsure about it fitting down my basement stairs so we opted to do it ourselves. Fit fine and no damage.

I love my LG Washer and Dryer. There are so many options to take care of all loads. I especially like the Steam feature to freshen a garment and remove wrinkles!

We knew what we wanted and the washer/dryer were on sale. The best thing is that Best Buy price matched from another store after we made our initial purchase to reduce the price even more. The 2 people we worked with were professional and competent. We have bought all of our appliances from Beat Buy over the years and always go back when we need something new.

After having our last LG washer and dryer for 17 years, we decided not to spend money repairing them and to just buy a new LG set hoping for them to last just as long. So far, we have been really happy with the purchase. It was easy to link them to the ThinQ app and have had no issues with them.

So fun to have a dryer with LOTS of drying choices. Yes it took reading instructions and getting used to a different control panel but it’s all good! Dries so fast! Keep in mind that’s compared to the antique I was using prior to its demise. 2 months out I’m loving it!
