I am loving this new dryer I purchased. It is large enough to dry my comforter and dries in a reasonable amount of time on medium heat and it can dry super quick if you use the high heat setting. It is really easy to use and doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of buttons or choices unlike other dryers I looked at. I really love that it has a light inside of it too.

I must say this has been 1 of the besttt!! Purchases I have made!!! They are beyond awesome and super smart with so many functions all in one!! The color is beautiful goes with everything in our home!! It knows what your washing and prepares dryer for clothes to dry!! This was literally a lifesaver as it is smart and lets you know when anything is wrong and it let us know our exhaust system in our new apartment needed cleaning and we thank that function for saving us and our home from a fire or hazard!! Must have appliances for life!! Thanks Bestbuy for our purchase you guys rock!!!! Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love these LG combo washer and dryer be aware that Best Buy sends out repairman and they try to panhandle you by asking you for a donation out of the goodness of your heart when you pay for services that they are supposed to honor and some of the workers don’t follow those guidelines, so if anyone ask you for extra on a job when it’s not for repair services as in if you have a washer and dryer that you’ve had for a while, then you will have to pay for services but if you buy some thing and the services does not work, these men are not allowed to ask you for any compensation, which they do so just know that other than that dealing with Best Buy is OK other then, them asking you to pay for a certain day for delivery and they don’t deliver the service that day then they make up reasons why they can’t deliver it so try not to have anything sent out in November or December I will say not all guys that come out are back the second pair of guys I received were absolutely phenomenal. I cannot believe how excited I was to do the first and subsequent loads of laundry. This replaced an ancient washer and dryer set that was wicked loud and shook the whole house. The only downside that I’ve found so far is this won’t fold my laundry also.

The LG dryer is good so far, however when I reversed the door hinge on the dryer it does not line up well with the latch and closes/opens much harder. I don't know about the reliability yet. I also ordered the matching washer from Best Buy because they had the earliest delivery date, which ended up not being the case, The 1st appointment they showed up to install the washer, but had no washer! The 2nd appointment they installed it but didn't level it properly. The dryer had to be delivered at a later date. On the morning of the dryer appointment they confirmed they would be there in the time window only to be later notified I would have to reschedule, I called to complain and was assigned a case number, but never heard back from Best Buy. The dryer was delivered and installed on the 4th appointment by a subcontracted Best Buy professional plumber. However, I went down in the basement about a week later and noticed a smell and found the dryer vent pipe from the main level was no longer connected to the outdoor vent!

Im so happy I decided to purchase this dryer i love all the features especially the steam feature clothes dry nice and uniform. I definitely recommend this dryer

Quiet, efficient, sleek looking with AI or the setting your mother told you to use when you were a child.

Dryer door doesn’t fully close/seal. Had service come look at it and apparently that’s just the way it’s made. Problems is it lets lint/stuff get outside of the dryer. It keeps the seal a mess and stuff ends up on the door frame and sometimes on the floor in front of it. Wouldn’t purchase this had we known. Our old LG dryer was great for 18 years and the door fully closed/sealed.

I've only used it once and have no complaints. It's pretty quiet so that's a plus.

This washer and dryer far exceeded our expectations. Delivery was super smooth. Set up with straight forward. Would definitely purchase from Best Buy again.

I bought this gas dryer along with its washer counterpart and I couldn't be happier with it. To me, it does a great job at both looking great and drying clothes perfectly. It never over-dries or under-dries anything. I also appreciate that it alerts me on my smartphone when the load is ready. I debated getting the stainless steel type but the white one is so clean and bright. I love it!

Excellent gas dryer. Lots of nice features and it is quiet. Optional Pedestal has a good amount of storage.

Good product. Installation was smooth and seemless

Dryer drys well but stacked on a washer makes it hard to read the dark letters on black buttons.

Solid use. Pairs right with the washer so it knows what kind of load you just did and adjusts settings accordingly. Much faster and quieter than my old one. Could use some better control panel lighting.

Consumer Reports rated this model number 1 across the board. I waited a year to be able to get this washer/dryer combo because of the pandemic. Best Buy had the best price and the experience was painless. The washer is well-made with tempered glass doors and lots of preprogrammed options. This even has a lite inside the drum after you turn it on. SPEND THE EXTRA FOR THE PEDESTALS!
