Amazing TV, excellent picture and sound quality, especially for this price point. But let me tell you the real reason I am writing this review!
Everywhere you look - specs, descriptions, questions answered by LG representatives - these will all say that this exact model is NOT Magic Remote compatible, and that this TV does not have Bluetooth capability. THEY ARE ALL WRONG!
Maybe due to a late firmware update, my TV absolutely has Bluetooth so I bought a few different LG Magic Remote models. THE ONE THAT WORKS IS THE LG MR21GC MAGIC REMOTE. It works perfectly and fully, complete with voice/Alexa/Google capabilities!
I want to combat the misinformation by LG's customer service folks who when you ask will say it absolutely does not have any Magic Remote compatibility. I love LG and have for years, but I absolutely hate misinformation, so I hope this helps someone!!! :)

Let me start by saying Alexa is built in but this TV doesn't come with a Magic remote and to access Alexa obviously you need a Magic remote and when you turn it on and go to the home screen it says Alexa is built in use a botton on your magic remote to access Alexa so I need to buy a Magic remote and it's Bluetooth enabled. Now for a low end 75 inch this TV has a great picture and sound it's easy to access to apps the only downside to this TV for me is only has two HDMI ports but for the Money who cares it's a great buy the 4k is amazing the 300 free LG Channels are cool the app store very easy to use.

Love the picture! It's so crisp and clear! The sound quality is awesome. Only thing I somewhat don't like is the menus and remote, but I went from a simple TCL Roku TV to this and change is hard.

Buy another brand....bought this and a common LG problem is a black screen with sound playing. You are told to hold the power button while the tv is unplugged for 30 secs and the plug back in to fix. TV is 11 months old and is basically dead. Best Buy tells you to contact LG as its under warranty. LG refuses to replace or refund it without a technician coming out to attempt to repair it "multiple times." However getting anyone on LG to help is impossible. You have to give them the same info over and over with visual proof....Name, Phone number, model number, serial number and date of purchase. However it takes forever and multiple contact attenmpts on the customer to have any technician information provided etc. We have cheap walmart flat screens goong strong 8 years later....this junker crapped out in months and neither best buy or LG will help in honoring the warranty. Will never buy LG again.

Bad costumer service

When i purchased my tv from best buy i noticed my tv did not come with a remote. I immediately called the store and spoke to a manager, i waited for my remote to arrive in the mail. After not receiving my item i called costumer service to notify them the issue. Still to this day no one has gotten back to me nor have i received a remote for my tv thanks a lot best buy for your prompt attention.
