The WebOS smart part of the TV is amazing. It's fast and works really well. The quality of the picture is great (i'm not a professional but it is good enough for me). There was issues when first powering up the TV (It would reboot on it's own), but a firmware upgrade later and it has been working great!

I've had this a few weeks now and it is an amazing TV. The 82" is a VA panel so your going to have a higher contrast ratio at the sacrifice of viewing angles. Almost no back-light bleed on my screen. -- Gaming / PC use -- I primarily use this playing my non-competitive PC gaming titles. Using an RTX 3080 I am able to take advantage of the 4K 120hz capability on HDMI 3 and 4. Looks great and no noticeable input lag you would expect from a TV. Seems on par with some of my high refresh gaming monitors. HDR works great. 4K / 120HZ w/ HDR is an experience in itself for gaming. --Movies-- Support for Dolby Vision, Atmos was a plus for me as I wanted a panel that supported all HDR formats + Atmos. This TV works great for that. Blacks are pretty decent on this TV and HDR looks crisp. There is a decent calibration guide @ rtings.com which will help with HDR performance. -- LG webOS -- Coming from a NVIDIA Shield I may be convinced that this TV's native OS is my personal way to go. The native PLEX app works great. Built in upscaling seems on par with the Shields upscaling and all other apps I use work flawlessly on this TV (Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, Vudu) -- Overview -- Overall, I am extremely happy with this TV. It's exactly what I wanted; as I wanted a large display but didn't want to steep into OLED price territory. It checks every box for me. The only addition I could hope for is some sort of Adaptive Sync Technology such as FreeSync or G-Sync. (Hopefully possible in a firmware update).

Love, love, love this TV. At first we thought it would be to big, but we got used to it very fast and really enjoy nature shows on it. The picture quality is superb and for the price it was a great buy. Remote is easy to navigate and so far we have no complaints at all.

Love it! Big bright and beautiful. I don't know if I will ever buy a diffrent brand tv. WEBOS is great and the picture quality is unrivaled. If your wondering how you going to mount it I used (6) 1/4" snap toggles in drywall on a static mount and its no problem.

This LG TV has a VA Panel rather than the IPS Panels they use on most of their LED TVs. That makes this TV an excellent choice. The Picture is extremely bright. Colors are accurate. There is no ghosting that is visible under normal viewing conditions. The sound is what can be expected from TVs of today. Remote Control comes with a steep learning curve, at least for me. It gets better with time and then it is fairly easy to operate the TV. Best Buy service is exemplary as always. The delivery turned out to be a nightmare though. I wasted several hours each on several occasions awaiting delivery with no advance notice that the TV was not being delivered as scheduled. In the end, it turned out ok but a disappointing experience, nonetheless. All in all, a great purchase.

This is a very nice tv! It looks great mounted on the wall in our family rec room. The picture is clear and we can use 1 remote for all of our programmed devices and programs so that saves on keeping up with 4 different remotes!

When it comes to size, this is the one you want to get. The smart remote is easy to use. The picture quality is awesome, not to mention the different option you can switch to when you are watching different outlets.

Incredible tv for the price. Picture quality is superb, i love all the new features like apple airplay, magic remote, 120 refresh rate, and bluetooth connectivity to my wireless headset is great.

This TVi is BIG. My dad wanted it for his new house so I ordered it for him. Really great looking TV, colors are amazing and he’s very happy with it.

Great TV for the price. Super heavy, but it should be at that size. Not that fond of the webOS platform though. There is a bit of a learning curve. But the picture is great.

Switch to this TV from a 65 curved. While the picture might be slightly less quality than the curved, the size difference definitely makes up for it. I like the remote that come with it too.

The tv is great. Vivid picture and good sound. It is an easy tv to navigate. So far so good. It's our first LG and wouldn't hesitate to buy another. Very glad we had the geek squad hang it.

Good picture. Took about 7 days to fully adjust. Once it did, great picture. Remote has voice and poi ter which is nice. Connects with my Alexa. Good deal for the price!

Picture is great and refresh rate is exactly what I was looking for. Went ahead and spent the extra bit for the Evers 3 inches. Totally worth it.

We love our new TV. The picture is crisp and clear, the colors are vibrant and the sound is good quality. It is a great TV.

Great picture!! Lighter then our previous TV, easy to mount. Not overly impressed with “universal” remote.
