Multiple Delivery Delays and Damaged TV

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On December 27, 2025, I purchased an LG 86" TV (model 86QNED70AUA), along with a wall mount and professional mounting services. After relocating, I also paid $179.99 for professional installation for this TV and another TV. My original delivery and installation appointment for the TV was scheduled for January 2, 2026. On that date, during installation, Geek Squad discovered the TV was cracked after the wall mount had already been installed. The TV was taken back, and I was rescheduled for a replacement delivery and installation on February 4, 2026. As of now: It will be nearly 6 weeks since the original TV purchase I am making payments on a TV that has never been delivered in usable condition I have experienced extended delays due to damage that was not caused by me Additionally, this is not an isolated incident. Prior to this issue, I also experienced delayed delivery of a washer and dryer, further adding to the ongoing inconvenience and disruption. These repeated delays demonstrate a pattern of service failures that has significantly impacted my experience as a customer.

Horrible !!!!

Best Buy has not helped they sent someone else tv not only sent me someone else’s order the tv came cracked now they picked up the tv and are making up different stories about the model and will not refund me I have to order a different tv for a different company before the holiday and they still over a month have not handled this situation don’t buy from Best Buy very upset
