This unit was replacing a 10 year old LG dryer we have had zero issues with. But the washer needed to be replaced so we decided to keep them matching. I am happy with everything (looks, ease of use, and function)

Love this dryer! It's nice and roomy and does a great job on clothes and big bulky things like sheets and blankets! I have the pedestal, which I think is a must unless you like to bend over. I'd recommend it.

This dryer is awesome. I love the steam cycle ability. We recently replaced a former LG dryer that wasn't even broken ... we just bought this one to match the new washer. This thing is very quiet and it looks like artwork.

We have a very busy family of five. This dryer works perfectly for us. Dries the clothes in no time and large enough to have fewer loads to dry. We would recommend this product to anyone.

This washer has a huge capacity - we haven't tried putting a king sized comforter in yet, but queen sized comforters have plenty of room to spare. We love all the cycle choices; it even has one for allergy sufferers. It's also so much quieter than our old machine.

This large capacity dryer was exactly what we were looking for and needed. The price was excellent and it had terrific reviews. Online ordering was seamless and selecting the necessary accessories was clear and concise. The appointment process was also easy and straightforward. The delivery itself couldn’t go any better. The driver and dispatcher kept us apprised of the expected time of arrival which turned out to be earlier than the time scheduled. The delivery crew, of two led by a most capable one named Colin, were professional, courteous and very well organized. Overall, we couldn’t have had a better experience. We’ll definitely consider Best Buy for our next appliance purchase.

So far absolutely love this dry. We purchased it maybe 2 months ago. It dries everything in less than half the time of my previous dry. Lots of space for quilts and comforters.

Just bought this with washer after our15 yr old Bosch dryer finally died. We love them! Capacity is super, noise and vibration are minimal. Very pleased!!!

Great dryer, we put a family of 9. So we have large wash loads. The old dryer use to take two hours to get clothes dry. With this it’s like 45 minutes.

Purchased this Dryer (and also the Washer) after our 15 year old LG Trom went out. Never liked the old washer, very noisy, almost shook the house down so I was looking at other brands. Fortunately for me, my sales lady convinced me that LG had changed and that she had the model below these and they were quite and did not shake. After much debate and an assurance that I could return the items if not satisfied, I agreed to go with her recommendation. Boy, sure glad I did. Both the dryer and washer are fantastic. Can hardly hear them at all and they are very fast and efficient. Only had a month so cannot speak for reliability but I think they will do fine. Highly recommend.

This dryer is awesome!! We were able to get this at such a discount, it would have been stupid to not buy it. That being said, we are extremely happy with this dryer. It is a much larger capacity than we are used to and are super pleased to have another LG item in our household. Our sales person and the operations manager at the store were top notch. We will certainly be back and this was a 5+++ visit and item.

I just washed my first load of laundry in this washing machine and I was so surprised! The clothes came out stainless and good as new. There are so many different options to get the perfect wash for any kind of cloth.

Limited options during there pandemic forced this purchase. Steam doesn't work well but most importantly after a year the drum continued to spin after the cycle completed. Keeps running until you open the door. It's an intermittent issue caused by a sticky relay. Unfortunately the relay is soldered into the circuit board so you have to replace the entire board for a whipping $300. It's a bad design with sub-standard components. But a different machine.

Perfect dryer to accompany my extra large capacity washing machine! This is part of an excellent set and I would purchase it over and over again! It dries my clothes well and leaves them wrinkle free!

Along with the matching washer, I couldn’t be happier with this dryer! It dries everything completely and quickly. I love the anti-static feature, and the steam fresh option.

it is good dryer. it is very big, it can fit a lot clothes even big blankets. i really like it. the only i don't like the design of lint filter, it is hard to get out lints

Best Dryer I have ever purchased! Plenty of drying options, including steam, and items dry quickly. Extremely large capacity to handle comforters and bulky loads.

This review is more about the quality of the customer service of Geek Squad, Geek Squad Special Forces, AIG and A&E than about the dryer. All I wanted was an answer of when they would repair my dryer... its day 4... maybe tomorrow.... Happy Reading! Purchased this item on May 27, delivered on May 31, 2019. On May 30, 2020 it died..... I was sad. It was a great dryer. I will almost say I love this dryer. With six people in this house we have a lot of laundry, two adults and 4 kids. So thank goodness we purchased the Geek Squad 3 year warranty! So call make the appointment and they came out on the 10th of July. (10 days without a dryer) We are told they have to order parts. Should be here by the 21st. (21 days without a dryer). I know we are only on the 16th.... well let's start at back at the 13th. We were not told when they would be coming out to fix the dryer. SO have you ever been on hold? Know that random music they play while on hold? Ever listen to it for a little less than 8 hours, I kid you not, 8 hours. Now this is not just Best Buy geek squad, but there super special Best Buy Geek Squad Special Forces! Never did get to a live person. So the 14th, got a live person in 4 hours, the regular old Geek Squad. Still no answer at Special Services. However, Geek Squad did say they have a high call volume. But was told that the parts would be shipped to my home and they could not tell me anything else since this was all transferred to a third party, AIG. Apparently, they sold/moved the warranty to them and there is nothing that Geek Squad can do. Now the 15th. Another 4 hours on hold... i do have a day job so it becomes a little difficult to stay on hold and work. I do have to say my wife is a trooper she stayed on the phone for another 3 hours with no live person before we gave up.. Yep that's a 7 hour total. Which brings us to today. After 2 hours got a live person at A&E who is doing the repair. The part has not been ordered, because they do not have a tracking number and no idea when they are going to get one. So back to Best Buy to see what they can do... 1 hour later... told they cannot do anything since it was given to AIG and A&E for service. SO I am stuck with a dryer that I love and no idea when it will start working again since no one can provide an answer. So I did a little searching on my own.. I have a lot of free time.. should put it to good use. I found the part, rather all the parts on AMAZON, with free shipping with prime shipping could get them in a couple of days. SO, why oh why, does it take a service company so long to get a part? Why oh why does Best Buy sell a warranty they sell to someone else? So I get told today, by a manager that I cannot talk to a higher level manager because there is not one. Not sure how that works and that there is no corporate number it would only go back to them. So goodie Another day without a dryer and a promise, the fourth one, of an e-mail being spent to Special Forces to get an answer on when my dryer will be fixed. I do want to say that I really do love this dryer, when its working!

We have had this dryer a couple of weeks and so far it is awesome! The huge capacity is amazing - we are able to comfortably dry large king size comfortors with this.
